@lenkaloser @PostOffice @manstol1 Whist not worthy of a reply, one has to maintain standards that, shall we say, the less intelligent within our society have never learned or choose to eschew. My response, to your somewhat garbled tweet is that I am well aware of that, thank you.

  • Jameswb3 James Burrow (@Jameswb3) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No Courtney. But you deliver virtue signalling pc crap in quantity. Best wishes, J

  • bazzz9 Baz (@bazzz9) reported

@PostOffice I guess it would be classed as Aldwych in London. I could understand it if I wanted a big bad of £250 but £10?.. it’s never been a problem before.

  • dollldiva debra barton (@dollldiva) reported

@PostOffice I'm afraid this is not acceptable..its been 4 weeks ..its a serious complaint against one of your postmasters

  • Jameswb3 James Burrow (@Jameswb3) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Well you certainly deliver virtue signalling pc crap in quantity.

  • wilbeforcey Edit W (@wilbeforcey) reported

@PostOffice No we didn't specifically ask for one but the post office person didn't explain all the options simply just offered it tracked and i simply fell for it. I never realized the price difference. But this happens every time I go to the post off. Known upsell strategy but very sneaky

  • dollldiva debra barton (@dollldiva) reported

@PostOffice Can you please tell me why I have had to wait over 4 weeks for a reply..still not had a reply regarding a serious complaint

  • danthorogood Dan Thorogood (@danthorogood) reported

@PostOffice would you please sort out your branch finder? Just been to Newton Abbot as they do CQC DBS ID check. Except they don’t do any ID checks. Staff said website is out of their control and they get this all the time...maybe this will get through to someone who can fix it?

  • groverdPO Beer Lert (@groverdPO) reported

@PostOffice Well either you and Jess are wrong, or post office trainers are. Sums up the whole slapdash organisation to a tee. World's worst communicators happen to also be the World's oldest communications company. How embarrassing is that?

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported

@groverdPO @PostOffice @bazzz9 Actually the provision of change via withdrawal is not a service, change giving is a chargeable sevice, the odd bit of change provision is at the discretion of counter staff certainly not an obligation. Businesses are charged to receive change it not a free service.
