@PostOffice Got cut up twice by one of your vans this morning PJ16 YSU was their number plate. Both times the driver swapped lanes at the last minute at roundabouts and almost ran me off the road! Great customer perception for your business! #postoffice #dangerousdriver

My postie is so lovely. He saw a package for me left outside a totally different development by DHL, and brought it round to me to drop it off even though he had already been here. He knows I have health issues. @PostOffice you have some brilliant, caring staff working for you!

In the 1st instance, he forgotten the letter RT305548905IN while on tracking it is showing delivered. And now when 2nd letter RT070220405IN is with him (confirm after asking in PostOffice and also tracking showing out for delivery), he is not delivering letter in my home. Help!
