@PostOffice Don't Royal Mail have some sort of legal requirement to provide a postal service?Or is that just within the UK? Surely they have contingency plans? It seems absurd that they can just suspend the international mail service.

@DVLAgovuk, get your system working so that I can renew my licence at @PostOffice. Tried twice so far, different week, different p.o. each time. They say you're the source of the issue!

@Letttie @PostOffice I don’t know how you put up with such terrible services in the UK. The French love paperwork but they tend not to lose it!

A parcel received at a @postoffice on the morning of 3 Dec, still hasn’t been delivered! It only has to travel 30 miles…… Even considering strike action, which I support, that is poor. Another two days of strikes, so no idea when I’ll get it!

Ok @PostOffice. Where is my passport? Sent 1 December signed for from a Post Office but tracking suggests you haven’t even received it at the sorting office let alone delivered it? Help please! Can’t hang on phone for 50 minutes + to speak to someone at customer services.
