@PostOffice Don't Royal Mail have some sort of legal requirement to provide a postal service?Or is that just within the UK? Surely they have contingency plans? It seems absurd that they can just suspend the international mail service.

@PostOffice I called - they said there was nothing they could do! It's pathetic! How is it I can cancel my policy and get a new one with you for 40% cheaper but you can't do anything for me as an existing customer.

@PostOffice I spoke with Santander this morning and they said that the Post Office is having problems delivering cheques to banks and to call you.

@pib_comm Why don't we have digital payment system in postoffice? Also, why can't there be a dropbox with online payment receipt for speed post, registry, etc. attached to envelope? This would help to avoid queues during this pandemic and save a lot of time

@UIDAI Do any rules or guidance to authorized banks to issue tokens in 15 numbers for any kind of aadhar services? If no such rules for banks why not bar those banks /postoffice from providing so-called aadhar services? These services are more harassment for people?

@GaganMich @PostOffice So because the quality newspaper you rwad didnt print the release date and you are unable to visit the royal mail website (the people who are responsible for new stamp issues) you decided to go into a branch AND come on social media being an abusive jerk?
