The disgusting behaviour of the #postoffice is unforgivable. So many people accused of theft surely even an idiot would think this was odd. Yet they hounded people mercilessly. Why aren't those in charge being held to account? #PostOfficeScandal

@iraqstamps @RoyalMail 1. Responsibility for cancelling ALL large letters & packets lies with the @PostOffice branch if this was over the counter. 2. If it wasn't responsbility lies with the lazy sender who should ensure 1. 3. RM haven't got time to mess about, this is what happens when 1&2 fail.

@siany_d @PostOffice No there was about 3 colleagues and if you check the reviews of that particular post office you’ll see they are consistently bad.

  • DaphneCharles Daphne Charles (@DaphneCharles) reported

@postoffice Appalling customer service for broadband. Website won't let me change my call plan, No agents on chat. No response to email after 4 days. Phone goes silent then cuts off. Covid no longer an excuse - surely call staff can work from home

  • PhilMyers53 PhilM (@PhilMyers53) reported

Why are Companies in the communications sector soooooo bad at communicating? @PostOffice

  • stephenheggie steve (@stephenheggie) reported

@PostOffice self service in whsmith Guildford High Street a total pointless exercise, every time staff have to help, 3 people needed help whilst I was waiting for counter service, 1 out of 5 service points open, service desk a lot easier and better use of the member of staff

@PostOffice move in to my new house, wifi working for less than 24 hours.. already gone down & no details on when it’ll be back up & running other than your engineer will report back within 72 hours.. but i cant cancel my contract & trying to issue a bill.. Ridiculous.

  • macleanalan Alan MacLean (@macleanalan) reported

@L1A75 @PostOffice They choose to close it half an hour before the shop closes apparently every day, so the “if we’re open the post office is open” selling point falls down.

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported

@garethjm @PostOffice Did you ask them before posting on twitter? Maybe the staff has issues with their car, or a sick family member? #bekind
