@PostOffice That's if you didn't have rude and unhelpful staff, where posting a letter airmail turned out to be impossible. Not to mention the decimation of local post offices

@slkbeauty2019 @PostOffice The only receipt that can be reprinted is the one that has just been produced. As soon as another customer has been served, or the clerk has logged out, it is gone and cannot be reprinted; no matter how many different ways you ask, sorry.

@PostOffice It’s not just me, my wife had the same problems on Saturday and I’ve previously had problems there… People were arriving with parcels and just leaving… One person on the counter just isn’t enough…

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen.This is the 4th time in two weeks. It's so unreliable. I keep complaining but nothing happens. I hate to complain but I have customer waiting for their parcels.

Took my driving license renewal to @PostOffice last Tuesday as I don’t have a passport. Expected to wait weeks as per the media but no it arrived today so not even a week! Fantastic service @DVLAgovuk

@PostOffice @slkbeauty2019 Records of standard mail items are not stored on post office equipment. We have never bern able to reproduce a receipt at a later date not even for police! Its the customers responsibility to ensure they have them and keep them safe incase they need them for a claim!

It`s such an `eye`opener+heartbreaking when we see this from them.RobinGarbutt fighting from jail for 12yrs+2 many powers that be turning that blind eye
