@PostOffice so disappointed :( I didn't expect the UK postal service letting me down. First time. Hopefully the last... I posted it from Emerson Branch in Milton Keynes two weeks ago. Mg friend never received his birthday card :(

@PostOffice That's if you didn't have rude and unhelpful staff, where posting a letter airmail turned out to be impossible. Not to mention the decimation of local post offices

@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

@uncledoomer One time I was out at the clubs and I had a red suit on and found a wallet so I walked down to the postoffice of the city it was and dropped it in outgoing . They had cameras in the lobby and it was at like 2 in the morning. They had to think that was a cursed item and a trick

@PostOffice Getting a bit concerned my package is not going to be collected today. Suspect your system has not relayed the info to your local depot due to your systems being down. If so, very poorly written.

@IndiaPostOffice After updating 2.0 it has become a hell for booking registered or speed post articles from Cuttack. Computers not working in many postoffice. At GPO too only 1 counter is active, others are in error mode. You should have make your homework properly before initiating

@stugoo17 @PostOffice They really should just shut the whole damn company down - it really doesn't offer any service any longer that isn't available cheaper elsewhere. They have an army of staff who do absolutely naff-all, because all of the work was farmed out, and then steal money to pay them with.

Laguna Niguel, CA #Postoffice (which pretends to be Laguna Beach) is STILL delivering mail for previous owners who moved out nearly 2 yrs ago! Complaint #76898617 filed late April 2025. Nobody @USPSHelp has contact us. Our regular postman, Phillip usually gets it right. @OIGUSPS

@AsianMommiee @Chariflame @PostOffice Web and App for me. I don't want to use Evri, had too many issues. Royal Mail aren't perfect but they haven't cocked up so far. I hope they get up and running again soon.

@PostOffice what a disgrace a pensioner had to cancel her holiday due to her companions husband being diagnosed with terminal cancer and you will not uphold her Insurance claim as you want the patients doctor to fill out the forms and they won’t as she is not their patient!
