@PostOffice That's if you didn't have rude and unhelpful staff, where posting a letter airmail turned out to be impossible. Not to mention the decimation of local post offices

@PostOffice so disappointed :( I didn't expect the UK postal service letting me down. First time. Hopefully the last... I posted it from Emerson Branch in Milton Keynes two weeks ago. Mg friend never received his birthday card :(

@PostOffice I want direct contact details of your Chief Executive. The Post Office is funded by taxes. The people who are paying for it, the taxpayer, want a customer services number.

@PostOffice Hi Jess, problem is I have 2 items delivered there, & only 1 was missed delivery. So I only have 1 missed delivery note &reference. Really, as you will understand, I need to make sure i collect both, as expected, with all my ID as originally provided, through the correct route. X

@PostOffice Hi Jess, this isn’t a criticism of that branch so please don’t raise the feedback as a complaint. My issue is that the main town Post Office was closed down and in 2 years, another one hasn’t been established. 4 tills to serve 26,000 people doesn’t seem quite enough?

Went to Post Office in Rope Lane, Wistaston. There was a queue outside. Plenty of room to queue inside. Went Readsedale Ave, Crewe @PostOffice Walked straight in, served immediately. Only way to improve service is to go elsewhere. I spent £140 on gift tokens Rope Lane PO lost out
