It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.
