@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

@PostOffice May I please request a higher management person to deal with my complaint. My assistance dog has been allowed in all brunches, today it seems different. The lack of consistency in information and rules is not the way forward to look after your customers.

@PostOffice There is something to add… maybe your apology for all the inconvenience that this has caused. A bit more empathy In your role and a little extra understanding would go a long way. Maybe your management position in customer care should be reviewed. Still lack of consistency

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Just had a terrible experience with a staff member in Old coulsdon. I always buy postage online and just drop my parcels off, have for years with no issues but was aggressively told I had to join a 8 person deep queue with zero explanation? Very rude

According to @BritishGas, when they stupidly moved from @PayPoint to Pay Zone you could top up at any @PostOffice Apparently not, I’ve just been to one in Blackpool that doesn’t. This is bloody stupid!
