@PostOffice That's if you didn't have rude and unhelpful staff, where posting a letter airmail turned out to be impossible. Not to mention the decimation of local post offices

@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

Just wanted to thank @DVLAgovuk for a crazy quick turnaround for renewal drivers license. Renewed in @PostOffice on Sunday and received new licence in post today. Was expecting to wait til Christmas with all the bad press. Cheers 👍

@PostOffice went to return a parcel today at one of your shops and checked online it was one where they can scan my code and print my returns label off for me… the lady was rude and just said to me ‘I can’t do that … you will have to go somewhere else’.. absolute joke !

@PostOffice @darrenmdr I think the Post Office should fix the Fujitsu Horizon scandal fully before spouting off about saving cash? Who in their right mind would allow an organisation, that unlawfully prosecuted hundreds of “our” local Sub Postmasters, “take care” of their cash? Where is their cash? 🤔
