    @PostOffice hi please can you help me I think the post office has made a mistake? I exchanged £1000GBP yesterday to Turkish lira. Exchange rate was 18.9. Online is says 20.1 I should have got 20000 lira I got 19000. I need to go back tomorrow to question this. Can you confirm? Ta

    @tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

    @YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

    @IndiaPostOffice Awesome Departmental Inquiry to save your subordinates . But we as customers were returned various time by the Chakai More Postoffice 814142 by not accepting the Speedpost and registry of letters saying the booking computer and instruments not working

    Completely lost my patience with @HSBC @HSBC_UK, who not only refuse to give their customers change, but also won't accept bags of change, either. All they do is palm you off to the @PostOffice, who also won't help because they're tired of the excess customers. Zero CS skills 😡

    @PostOffice My wife made a written complaint about a service you provided. You emailed to say you would response within 10 days! This was on the 20th September!!! You are not responding to emails and don’t have manned telephone customer service!
