@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

You would imagine that sending a parcel from a @PostOffice via @parcelforce would be easy and swift, well turns out Parcelforce are bad a collecting from post offices so they give the parcels to @RoyalMail to give to Parcelforce and two weeks later where is the parcel?

@PostOffice Weird. I get staff shortages. But you could just make cost clear. 3 year olds birthday card, I probably 3 times over the cost. I made it myself I'd like it to get there but people who take it out of your hands have no idea how their operation costs. Poor service, great profit!

@EwanOuzami @PostOffice That label has been produced on a self service machine at a Post Office, so there was quite probably no asking how much it was. The labels are slightly different to those produced by a PO counter clerk out of Horizon. Also it is Royal Mail adding the surcharge not Post Office.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice we posted a card first class last Saturday 15th January in NR20 for a birthday on 23rd January DA15 and still not arrived. This isn't the first time your delivery has let us down.

@PostOffice Arranged to have my parcel delivered to a post office on Saturday, but when I went to collect it the systems were down. So even though my parcel was there and I had ID, I wasn’t allowed to collect it because it had to be done on the system. Can you help please?
