@Philip471 @PostOffice China is another country. The guidelines are just that, a general guide, and specific country requirements should always be checked. If it came down to getting a bollocking off a PO twitter person, or having my mail suspended for not following DG regs, I know what I’d choose

I’ve just seen a dreadful little man working at my local @PostOffice , berate and throw out a little old lady for not wearing a mask. Despite her showing her NHS exemption lanyard, and telling this prick she had cancer. Hopefully the online complaint I just made gets actioned on

@PostOffice In a 20/25 min queue WHS Sutton Surrey at 1.30pm today. Manager + one other were cashing up the self service tills while a trainee and trainer were managing one service point. Manager said it was because Head Office instructed her to do this over lunch!

@PostOffice could you tell me why the weighing machines in our local WH Smith Post Office in Huntingdon, does not show the weight of our mail to us the customer, as I seem to be charged more for my mail at PO than if I printed it out at home....

@PostOffice I understand your position & honestly appreciate your efforts. Pls do try getting any useful info about branch re-opening or an alternative to it, that'd be useful for me & other hapless ones like me. HomeOffice dont seem to have an alternative to Post Office for this service.
