Liam McGeown (@liammcgeown87) reported from Northamptonshire, England
.@PostOffice your branch on St Giles street in Northampton need some customer service training. Never have I left being so angry and the farce, rude and unhelpful staff especially over a situation trying to support refugees not a custom to this country. #diabolical

Mark Wilson 👨🏻💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England
@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!
-
Lee (@LeeStan93) reported from Wellingborough, England
@PostOffice when are workers meant to be able to come in to renew driving licences when you open and close at ridiculous times.. Disgusting service everywhere.

@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

@PostOffice There is no respect with your customers! First you have sent my package that should go to Brazil to my own house (sender of the letter). Now, employees didn't even apologize fo it, my package GOT LOST and I don't have an answer for my complaints. Worst service ever!

Esther Codrington (@Greenfingergal) reported
@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Thank you, I thought as much. It's not the first time either. Goodness knows how many customers are getting told this. So much for local support eh?!!
-
Charlotte Roberts (@ChSaRo_4) reported
@PostOffice The post officer worker is always incredibly rude and she refused to take a click & drop parcel that I have confirmed with royal mail should have been accepted. She refused and said it has to go to sorting office. My local sorting office is closed today and only open 8am-10am...

Brickie Spears (@PlasticPlanners) reported
@VeeBookish @JamesNonchalant @PostOffice This is absolutely a corporate liability issue, and it affects all firms. I think it ideall needs share holder action - someone to take time to buy a token share and then go to AGMs demanding written and published safety policies. Anything less is corporate manslaughter.

@_alexstephen @TalkTalk @PostOffice Doesn't surprise me. They're ****. Post office tho were next level ****.
-
Adam Alston (@adamdalston) reported
@Philip471 @PostOffice China is another country. The guidelines are just that, a general guide, and specific country requirements should always be checked. If it came down to getting a bollocking off a PO twitter person, or having my mail suspended for not following DG regs, I know what I’d choose

WorldsTallestLittlePerson (@SoFlBigDog) reported
@Ms_Mambo @SoFlaSportsFan Who goes INTO a Target anyways? They will bring the **** to your car. Even fresh/cold stuff now. I dont foresee myself ever going into a Target or bank or PostOffice again, unless something goes really wrong. #driveuplife

**** Lucas Versace (@lucasversace666) reported
Hey @PostOffice **** you for turning off my internet during my switch over, seems like you're salty that I'm leaving for @Plusnet, anyway, good job ******* up my business consistently for the past year, suck the skin off my ****, I'll never send a letter again

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported
@PostOffice Hi Ryan, as I have said to them directly, it depends on what they have. If just a QR code then no, if they have printed the label yes. This should've been clarified with the customer by yourselves before further advising.

J.G. Bollard (@JamesNonchalant) reported
@VeeBookish @PostOffice If it's so regular as to be noticed across all drivers then it can be planned for and mitigated. Poor management, with the risk being passed on down ending up with the general public.
