@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

.@PostOffice your branch on St Giles street in Northampton need some customer service training. Never have I left being so angry and the farce, rude and unhelpful staff especially over a situation trying to support refugees not a custom to this country. #diabolical

@PostOffice I could email but I don't have any internet I'm just sitting in a friends house using their internet but I already rang this morning and nobody knows anything so I just think I made a mistake and I'm just gonna go else where for a more reliable service company

I wiped up pee off the PostOffice floor after a kid wet himself, he was crying, the mum was flustered, twas only a dribble, I'm in muck soil & manure all day, a little floor piddle is no problem! She gave me some wipes & I just got on with it, also, he was in a dinosaur T-shirt🥰

Think back to when it was just the #postoffice how bad that got. When the courier companies arrived, you could actually guarantee a delivery day, tracking info, it was much cheaper etc. It shook things up for the public. We now have a reasonable delivery service in the UK.
