@PostOffice what an awful service. Took out holiday insurance. transfered holiday to next year as my son was very ill. He passed away in March. Rang to explain and no one knew what to do. Spoke to five different people. Had to explain over and over. No bereavement dept. Awful!!

@PostOffice Hi, please can you tell me how to see which branches can renew photocard driving licences? In replies here you say the issue was fixed on 28th. Not in the midlands! Website & my local postmaster say unavailable locally (for months). There must be a way to tell?

@IndiaPostOffice usually on Saturday PLI counter gets closed in Hindaun Head Post office at 1:00 PM customer faces problem. What are working hours for counter opening and working hours must be written in every postoffice. Plz take cognizance.

I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and was told I needed to speak to someone first, the next thing is I receive a ‘final response’ to the complaint I hadn’t yet made! Two weeks now since I formally complained about the premature response and nothing. Shocking @PostOffice

@postoffice for people who say that there are no delays in the post my wife has received a letter today the 30th April which was dated the 1st February. The service in the past 6 months has become abysmal. #post
