@kr15___ @PostOffice So the police are called and the shop shuts or a staff member has to monitor the queue. Your service is delayed even more and your problem is greater. The staff cannot enforce the rules if the public refuse to follow safety measures. It's not as easy as you may believe.

@DanRather I wish you could see how bad the Postoffice has got to be i’ve been a mailman for 23 years and I never seen it this bad the pandemic the weather people are afraid to go out and everyone is ordering online it’s unbelievably how many packages we are delivering a day

@LouRogers19 I was gutted as I just paid directly into her account. Thing is, she didn't sound horrible. I asked her for the tracking receipt from @PostOffice and she said she would send it but never did. And now she won't reply. I keep reporting her to FB but it doesn't make a difference 🥺

@Kevin_Maguire Just seen my postman coughing his way up my path while holding my Mail. Hope the poor soul is well, how much does the @PostOffice support staff if the are sick, are postmen regularly tested? And yes I know there is little evidence that Mail passes on virus but......

@CmannCmann @PostOffice The problem we, as Subposties have, is that we are not allowed to refuse service or access to ANYONE wishing to use the services we are providing, We are feeling deflated by exactly what you are highlighting as a problem in our branches, it is a constant battle. We can only ask.
