@PostOffice my husband has just been in to renew a passport for my daughter with check and send service. The person he dealt was so rude and unhelpful he’s come away upset and flustered with no idea what we do now! This woman is consistently rude 😖

@PostOffice Post Office Orpington during lunchtime, closed, with (non socially distanced) queues in several aisles of WHSmiths waiting for it to reopen, I walked straight out in utter disbelief. Only a publicly supported business could survive offering such poor customer service.

@PostOffice This is an ongoing problem Courtney with this 1 member of staff, all others are great, when going to other post offices all good but going here when she is working there is always an issue. Would be easy to resolve by going elsewhere if my wife could drive but she isn't allowed.

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice What a JOKE. Raising 1st Class stamps by 9p in Jan. I sent 2 1st class letters on Monday with important cheques and neither have arrived - one only 20 miles away. This is a 2nd rate service. DISGUSTING!

Wife has just gone to the @PostOffice in Hood Manor @Tesco express and the customer assistant has refused to take 7 click and drop letters as she required proof of postage and it apparently takes too long so why do @RoyalMail offer the service if the post office will not deal wit

@PostOffice Too long . The experience at this store is a problem in Dunfermline, it needs addressed. Many people complain about it. It’s in a dark small basement,totally unsuitable for purpose.
