    @Karishamgrover @PostOffice All the staff are kept up to date on the services try remembering that your 5 second free clothing returns aren't the only service the post office orders you did stay it was the staffs fault and you expect them to illegally work through their break because you're too impatient

    the postoffice... was a nightmare... we walked in and immediately noped tf out. all bins were too full to open, the machine was down, the line was wrapped around the building... hell naw

It’s down to the owner of the post office to ensure that they have enough employees Retraining staff will definitely help because the staff will be kept up to date on how to use the different services which will speed up the customer service
