@debster82 @PostOffice OMG, well I’ll be furious if the engineer doesn’t turn up! Already had 2.5 weeks of a crap network. Films & music couldn’t be played over xmas & constantly drops out. Getting out as soon as I can. Letter already written to @Ofcom - no one should experience Victorian age wi-fi! 😡

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, this is not the first instance #Whsmith has let its customers down - but it is the first time I’ve take. To twitter to let you know, it’s nothing to do shift management as there’s only so thinly you can spread butter on toast until you need more butter ie staff

@WHSmith today I visited the Post office in #Swansea upstairs in #whsmiths the service there is appalling, queue snaking round the shop & 1 person serving! Totally disgusting! & the story is similar nationwide as Cardiff is the same, No purchases here @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp

@richbowenuk @PostOffice Rich- you need a Royal Mail Drop off (no printer required) option for the labelless service. You then take the QR code to the post office who will then scan it and print the label off. Hope this helps. ___ Jay, Hillingdon

  • mrwe88y Mark Webb (@mrwe88y) reported

@PostOffice It was the Reading Town centre one, in WH Smiths, now you are downsizing them all and apparently getting their staff to work for you, not surprised by the poor service!

  • desiboi Jay (@desiboi) reported

@PaulDon1989 @PostOffice @shane_reaction_ in the over many years I've been running my office, I've never known is ever being permitted to accept coins. We can't even take €50 notes as we are a local plus. ___ Jay, Hillingdon

  • desiboi Jay (@desiboi) reported

@PostOffice Hey Courtney, just to let you know that euro coins have never been historically accepted by any post office branch, only notes can be exchanged. ___ Jay, Hillingdon
