@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

If only the @PostOffice & @RoyalMail had some magical way of communicating to their counters that parcels addressed to PO Boxes should NEVER under ANY circumstances be sent through @parcelforce as they DO NOT dleiver to PO Boxes. Maybe a memo?

@PostOffice thanks for getting back to me I'm getting differing results , the general branch finder shows only franchises/subs while if I use the branch finder function on the actual product page I get all the nearest locations even the ones that do not have it listed as an available service
