Jay (@desiboi) reported@PostOffice @HigherDesireUK @HigherDesireUK my advice would be to stop using Click and Drop and use the branch and let them process the mail and stay open. Click and Drop is a Royal Mail service and most are PPI so need a sales order so only the sorting office can process it and nothing to do with PO.
