@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

I want to make a complaint against pathetic Service by Hayathnagar Postoffice 501505. @IndiaPostOffice , Updating incorrect information in Tracking ID and neglecting their duties and sending the packages back has become common for them. Need a stern action to be taken and (1/n)

I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and was told I needed to speak to someone first, the next thing is I receive a ‘final response’ to the complaint I hadn’t yet made! Two weeks now since I formally complained about the premature response and nothing. Shocking @PostOffice

Worst services of DTDC courier pvt. Ltd... My all urgent medicine get damaged in parcel.. From last 3 day trying to connect dtdc but no one is responding.. speed post is much better than DTDC.. worst staff of DTDC. #DTDC @DTDCIndia @postoffice.

Still find it really random why two government bodies have been suggested for privatisation...what's the logic and motive?! But anyway, I renewed my passport with @PostOffice passport service on 24th March and it will arrive today! So the @HM_Passport has been super efficient!

@PostOffice Went to Witham today but they said they don't have the equipment. Branches online do not have a green box against this facility, so presumably they also cannot offer the service. Do you know any branches that can actually fulfill this photocard renewal service?

@PostOffice It was my fault-I forgot my pi, and i was telling the lady about the £40 that got stolen from me from the S.A.S shop down the road,I thought i was topping up my Gas,didn't realise i was getting conned-I will go into the Branch tmrw or Saturday and pay the Money back
