@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

Hey @RoyalMail I took my unused stamps to @PostOffice today but was told to go away and post them. That seems stupid. But they also told me I could use them until July. Your website still says end of Jan. Who's right?

@AmazonHelp you did email me but I didn't check email.i used a microwave box to pack fur home collective heated cat house up.i had problem folding it up.there is no way I just sent the roof.i sent it from northwich @PostOffice .I 've had numerous problems with @RoyalMail recently

@Khu_Ntshavheni Hope it works, can you please revive Postoffice to be effective courier service provider the infrastructure is the throughout the country, look at how courier service is even hijacked by PEP, imagine how many jobs can be created if PostOffice is professionalized

.@BritishGasHelp didn't send me by November EBSS payment due to what they said was a @PostOffice ******, so sent me a text saying they'd added it to my key. Via their complaints Dept I'm told I have to do three £1 transactions in order to 'activate' it, but that doesn't work...

@PostOffice I posted an international tracked parcel on the 13th December 22- still hasn’t arrived! Shocking service from @RoyalMailHelp I will never use the facilities of the post office and Royal Mail ever again. Incompetence delays!Don’t need Cyber to slow it down! It’s already backward
