@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PositiveMoneyUK @PostOffice Not a good idea, post offices have shut in their hundreds over the last 10 yrs, and every time you go into a post office you have to queue for ages. I would not use this service at all.

In the 1st instance, he forgotten the letter RT305548905IN while on tracking it is showing delivered. And now when 2nd letter RT070220405IN is with him (confirm after asking in PostOffice and also tracking showing out for delivery), he is not delivering letter in my home. Help!

@NPhilatelics @PostOffice When I needed extra postage to make up to the correct rate, the postmaster used the lowest value stamp he had which was more than the amount needed saying"No one sends letters anymore"..I did make a complaint against this, I refuse to use that PO now
