@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@RoyalMail @PostOffice Pls get ur act together. Just sent stamps to RM Freepost Swap Out address. Post Office refused to issue cert of posting cos no postcode. Royal Mail says 'get proof of posting'. PO eventually issued one saying Swap Out in address fields. Why so difficult?

OK - @PostOffice is officially on my blacklist of useless organisations. Digital passport renewals - been to 3 major POs and rang a 4th. 3 have broken machines (for over 2 weeks) and the one with the working machine had no staff. Completely pathetic.
