@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@highland_andy @PostOffice Might be worth looking in to - I used to just hand in the addressed parcels for them to process. That way you get to support your local post office too.

@GouldsBlog You could ask the same question about the civil service until the mid-80s or later. No qualifications required, ‘skills’ acquired by traditional “sitting with Nellie”. I’m guessing the same in @PostOffice Ltd then or even later.

@shirley51079929 @RoyalMail @PostOffice Post Office DMd and went through the usual “Why do you need these, we don’t have them, I have to refer you back to RM” - now gone quiet and no further forward. RM don’t see direct revenue from us so not prepared to help. Sad state of affairs. Perhaps UK Mail will be better???

@PostOffice how do I log a complaint about one of your branches telling me I shouldn't be taking @RoyalMail click & drop large letters to there office and saying I should only post them when I'm not covered if its lost🙄... 3 times in a week I've had the same issue now!

@PostOffice I know - it's franked mail and it just goes in a bag. But each time we are told its be there by 4 (as we used to be told) the post office staff say by 3.30 - which causes a few issues

@PostOffice Replied. Customer care service is a joke, play me like a fool??? Can you see the problem here? She was advised to close the case by the information rights team, she was told the CCTV had been sent to me? Without my email??????????
