@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice £1000 missing from my account .. after depositing way back 30/10/2021 at one of your branches .. I have emailed customer service on the 7th November and still no work back also a complaint was raised on Monday the 8th .. still no word back!!!

Anyone using Travelcard at @PostOffice we have one in greece... We need to top it up. We find this impossible due to using a local sim card... We found the system not to work... Something to do with connectivity of systems. (data roaming is not possibly due to connectivity issue

@hannahbechITV @PostOffice I can get my scooter in most of these lifts. The biggest problem I experience is the lack of disabled parking. Also, cobbled streets are very difficult to wheel along. They look very nice, but are very uncomfortable and cause additional pain.

@PostOffice If you could please report this and let me know the outcome. I should not feel pressured into wearing a mask when it is not mandated. The owners of this establishment should not be able to force this upon anybody especially as they facilitate a public service.

@soft_fox_lad Yeah I bought that from Newegg. The postoffice sent me a letter saying they had the GPS location wrong on the delivery. Whoever they delivered it to stole the item and I reported it as stolen. I think you won't have the same bad luck.
