    @bluedaysomeday @PostOffice The fact that you can’t see the issue with every single transaction will be monitored and recorded is the issue. Take a moment and consider what a world without cash and coin would look like.

  • Marco55229707 Marco (@Marco55229707) reported

    @PostOffice Probably to do with the way you treated those poor post masters !

  • amberbeacon Old Boötes (@amberbeacon) reported

    @PostOffice Have you apologised yet for falsely accusing and in some cases criminalising all those post masters and mistresses because of the errors in the software you made them use? Has anybody taken responsibility for the zealous and arrogant approach to these unmerited prosecutions?

  • Thegujjuchokro suketu shah (@Thegujjuchokro) reported

    I send a parcel through @PostOffice after 10 days they ask me to contact @RoyalMail then they ask me to contact @parcelforce even after paying 150pounds for a parcel. Idky customer service is so bad and charges are so high.

  • SamTayl08920309 Sam Taylor (@SamTayl08920309) reported

    @PostOffice There is a 20 minute wait if you ring your head office .. what’s going on ? Such poor service !! I wanted to complain about the woman in Rhonda Valley but couldn’t so I had to do it here .We have a life.. not waiting 20 bloody minutes on someone to pick up the phone

  • cliff602 Lord Monkey Tarka Daal of Egg and Spoon ☕ (@cliff602) reported

    @PostOffice I disagree. The Post Office has closed down hundreds of Crown offices and given them to WH Smith to run. If that isn't privatisation I don't know what is

  • M20032754 M (@M20032754) reported

    @PostOffice I have a better solution. Get rid of banks and centralised finance. They are the ones who close branches and don’t give a damn about those who are excluded from the current financial system.

  • bluedaysomeday philip bartlett (@bluedaysomeday) reported

    @Paddytastic_123 @PostOffice If vending machines can go contactless, then most businesses can. Unless it’s for “Tax” reasons… Banks were good when you had checks, cash deposits and no online or limited phone customer services. The world is moving on. We still need physical post offices though.

  • sarahcrowsnest Sarah Boait (@sarahcrowsnest) reported

    @nigelsutherland @PostOffice Of course cards are convenient for the customer. But why should the banks take something away from small businesses on every purchase?

  • RobStok29450572 Rob Stokes (@RobStok29450572) reported

    @PostOffice Totally support this!!
