@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice I've just had to leave your wealdstone branch after witnessing a horrific breach of COVID protocol which puts everyone's health at risk. A customer took off his mask to lick his fingers clean, then proceeded to request a pen from your cashier. Who passed him her pen.

Dear @UIDAI, kindly support your service provider with facilities. We couldn't able to do any correction/update because your service providers say a reason to escape. Pissed off 😓 #PostOffice don't have facility #IndianBank won't work after 3PM #RevenueOffice has limitations

@HM_Passport can’t get a passport for my daughter in her now legal name, it’s been returned saying we need my exes permission. We did that for the legal name change via a solicitor!!! All checked by the @PostOffice check and send and no issues!!
