    @PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

    @PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

    @NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

    @PostOffice Hi Jess, problem is I have 2 items delivered there, & only 1 was missed delivery. So I only have 1 missed delivery note &reference. Really, as you will understand, I need to make sure i collect both, as expected, with all my ID as originally provided, through the correct route. X

    @PostOffice I am struggling to get my parcel delivered it should have been delivered yesterday between 11-3 but it’s showing at north counties and not moving from there and no one is helping me ref,number MB926047305GB please advise what I can do, I have rang help line no answer

    @PostOffice Posted first class, next day delivery, on Thursday 3rd December, arrived Tuesday 8th December. This service is an absolute joke. Not the first time this has happened. In future will switch to alternative company!

    @CllrBSilvester @PostOffice we have 2 self service machines in our main PO, at one time they were deliberately not switch on.

    @postoffice. As you’ve not got back to me regarding Fakenham branch drop and go... I want a full refund of the balance on my DROP & GO account. I’ve been unable to use the service as you’re more than aware, not even decent enough to offer refund, I shouldn’t have to chase it!!

    So my parcel has at last moved @PostOffice have managed to move it 385 miles with in the UK in one week! We pay premium prices for a service but all we get is this shoddy one.

    @PostOffice absolutely shocking monopoly. Open at 10am queues down the road including the elderly in freezing cold and one position open. You should be ashamed it’s is 2020
