    @C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

    @PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

    @PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

    @NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

    @PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

    If you think you need to phone the @PostOffice, just don't. Horrendous customer service. Unfortunately I spoke with an extremely rude and unhelpful staff member who put the phone down on me! There are many for whom the telephone is their only option, how would they proceed?

    @PostOffice the worst thing in Chesterfield is 1! Post office in Chesterfield Town centre. 1 member of staff on the counters, a massive queue, still no service after 25 minutes of waiting. Not good post office

    @PostOffice The parcel for me to collect is located at the post office I. E. for me to collect in person and has nothing whatsoever to do with the Royal Mail service as clearly given in the message.

    1/2 @PostOffice this gift was posted 03/08 - parcel has been sitting “somewhere” for 16days!!! Apparently criteria for posting outside U.K. changed 1st July- this parcel was posted 3/8 the online service wouldn’t allow us to progress until each step of info had been “approved”??

    @PostOffice Ok, thanks. I did ring the help line, now waiting for an engineer. I have been told this will be Friday or Monday but I was just hoping it might be resolved sooner. It is my 90 yr old mother who lives independently and needs the phone line for her emergency alarm and contact.

    @PostOffice @DailyMailUK East Barnet Post Office definitely over charging and ripping people off. They are so rude and defensive if ever they are questioned about prices. Told my wife to “Stop talking so much and asking questions”. Send a secret shopper and see!

    @PostOffice Gone are the days when you can actually phone your local branch without having to make a special trip. Instead you call an 0345 number and not one option enables you to speak to a person. Even if you want to make a complaint you have to fill in a form 😤
