Reece Lyons (@reecelyonssound) reported from South Shields, England@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.
-
Ian Vizzi (@IanVizzi) reported from Ryton, England@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

John Perry (@JohnPerry) reportedYou’re an absolute disgrace Davey for your conduct in the Post Office #Horizon episode. The #PostOffice were 💯 % to blame for inadequate accounting controls, but you never took them to task. @EdwardJDavey
-
Mary Cuthbertson (@MaryCuthbe41916) reported@xiled4trut20438 @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Have you seen the programme and the background work carried out for that programme? However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)
-
Joe Ibbotson (@IbbotsonJoe) reported@PostOffice Anyone know what’s happened to Keighley Post Office next to the bus station? It was supposed to open on Tuesday April 28th after ‘Essential Maintenance’ now it’s closed due to ‘Unforeseen Circumstances….’ I wonder what’s happened? People need the service…thank you
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@MistressDel93 @PostOffice Post Office don't deliver mail. You need Royal Mail customer services. You'll wait an hour or so on the phone mind
-
Robert Carnegie (@rja_carnegie) reported@pplrstupid977 @DrMarianaClaire @PostOffice Not blaming, but if the QR code is on a post label that you printed, then your printer may be poor quality (for this task), or printing too small. Or, could you print a label, not stick it to the package, hand it in? Then again, it sounds like a QR reader OUTSIDE the glass -
-
Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reportedStill cannot find out what has happened to my parcel being sent from the UK to Ireland; @PostOffice and @RoyalMail don't want to help and it is made impossible for a visually impaired person to complain, think I'll be contacting @Ofcom
