@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice Can you clarify your comments about leaving mail outside as I never raised this They leave parcels in an un secure area where they have no access to Perhaps they should send you branch photos and where the parcels are stored Who will monitor them and when is the start date

@PostOffice That's not true is it? You've just picked up the phone and you guarantee during your migration that there will be no interruption in service. So just send out a new modem and tell me when it's coming and that cottage can get back online. Stop abdicating your responsibility.

@PostOffice The issue is not just the website. Is that even when you know you will be closed the day after, or change the hours, you don't notify anyone. I heard the staff member said to the Postie "tomorrow hours will be 10-2" so I told the village. It was true. Yet they kept it shhhh.wrong

@aighttho It's a real thing! It was such a terrible work environment that they had to have congressional interventions to figure out how to stop people from murdering their coworkers and bosses. I think they should make the postoffice a really awesome place to work, & then do your thing

Dear @IndiaPostOffice The distance from Birulia village to the nearest PostOffice from where SpeedPosts can be made is more than 11 km, which is very difficult for the villagers. Our humble request is to facilitate this service at Birulia BO (PIN-721650).
