@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

  • geordie_jem Jemma Cross (@geordie_jem) reported from Hebburn, England

@PostOffice excellent service from the lady at Newcastle Northumberland Street store today trying to help me sort my car tax out 😁

@PostOffice I have tried emailing but no response. My mother posted a parcel and a Royal Mail worker has stolen the contents. The PO assistant advised on the service required and @RoyalMail have advised me the contents isn’t insured. How do I claim compensation from yourselves?

  • benwells77 Ben Wells (@benwells77) reported

@PostOffice Got you. No, the items aren't prepaid. I lost them on the manifest with the service I require, the post office then process them when they are free to do so and debit my account. I have a roll of tracking labels they have given me which is why I have the numbers upfront

  • _sartaj_ali Sartaj (@_sartaj_ali) reported

Working process of post offices is getting worst day by day. After 5 days, today my parcel was out for delivery but postmaster didn't come. They don't provide any contact number of postmaster so that we should contact him. I have to submit my documents by tomorrow. @PostOffice

  • Mappymappytwit Martin Hopley (@Mappymappytwit) reported

Our local @PostOffice has closed down and now I'm having to walk 2 miles to the nearest one and back. Disabled and on Universal Credit, I can't afford the bus fare. If the post office opened up their own branch, I'd work there but I doubt it.

  • BeardysRockClub 🤘🏻 Del aka Beardy 🤘🏻 (@BeardysRockClub) reported

@PostOffice No, they did not. The items were less than 60g each, met the size requirements but acc to the girl at the counter Large Letter only covers stuff in an envelope? My items were in a small bag taped down to meet the size requirements. I think they were bullshitting me.

  • JavidFarahani Javid Farahani (@JavidFarahani) reported

@AmazonHelp @JeffBezos @PostOffice We used your service to return an item. Amazon claims that a calendar is returned instead of the actual product which was a watch. We have the receipt for the post. Can you help? Do you use CCTV in your branches?

  • SimonWilliams5 Simon Williams (@SimonWilliams5) reported

@PostOffice can you explain why your branch in WHSmith Exeter closes at 2pm on a Wednesday?! Its little wonder your business is going down the pan.

  • SUP3D_UK SUP3D (@SUP3D_UK) reported

@PostOffice @holliepoetry It would be great if Drop and Go actually functioned. Come to complete this weekends orders & of course the csv spreadsheet upload is broken. Tried across 3 different browsers. Is it not enough that you'd broken the online forms, making them take much longer to complete?

  • WMunro_SCO magnanimous (@WMunro_SCO) reported

@PostOffice I am so tired of unreliable services you provide. It's always something either a closure that is last minute or your tech doesn't work. This is why people stop using your services.

  • Alovelydayfors1 SunnyDays (@Alovelydayfors1) reported

@jeremybrier @British_Airways Moved from the @PostOffice for broadband and insurance after I called mid lockdown (internet down and was homeschooling /homeworking) only to be told I was "not vunerable and they would not be taking my call" this lasted over 2 months.... I canceled. No more #excusecovid for me
