@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@Raceolly @PeterBu21208777 Surely the post office have a duty of care / responsibility when a elderly (maybe vulnerable) customer comes in and withdraws her life savings in cash? Especially if driven to PO by the roofer. I know it’s her money etc but you would have hoped for more from @PostOffice

Hi @PostOffice, can u pls help as getting stressed here! I paid a cheque in last Thursday and as not reached my bank account nor pending. Bank have asked to get in touch with you as will be on ur systems. Local post office not helpful. Pls help as I have bills to pay!! 😭 😭

@PostOffice Kennington, Ashford, Kent Post Office on Faversham Road never seems to be open lately. The latest excuse is a piece of paper on the door claiming they're waiting for an engineer to fix a "system fault". It's locked and the lights are off. It's been like this for days.
