@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice @RoyalMail How about asking An post Irish postal service for their customs taric codes and actually use these when processing packages for Ireland. We have given up using Royal Mail as so much stuff has been rejected and sent bk. Its not them, its you not working to the correct codes.

@PostOffice THE SERVICE AT THE POST OFFICE IS MEDIOCRE. ON 12/19/22 I MAILED AN ENVELOPE TO ISRAEL AND GOT IT BACK ON 12/23/22 AT MY HOME IN FLORIDA. THE ENVELOPE HAS NOT YET BEEN MAILED. A HUMAN CALAMITY IN THAT GOV. OFFICE. WROTE A LETTER TO WASHIN, DC TO SHARE MY FRUSTRATION.

Visited Post office today to pay my PPF amount. God so much rush & such a big queue 😕 From next time, will never prefer to go on weekend & will try online payment. Visiting those places for amount payment is such a pain in few branches 🙏 Legacy still there. #PostOffice #PPF

@PostOffice Post Office services down due to technical issue in all post office in India today 09/01/2023, Monday. Staff says that we do not when it will be get ready. Lots of people suffered, please update the systems with latest one. It is not up to the mark.

I note now having sent emails to both CEOs at RM and PO that I have had a response from RM but nothing from PO. Also get a bounce back on PO email so had to forward via another. RM contactable PO not, just like their customer service @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice
