@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@ispreview @ShellEnergyHome @PostOffice Thank you. I have sent a DM with customer number and E mail. My latest broadband speed 0.2 download and 1.04 upload. These are not the speeds I pay a contract for.

@Ofcom what can I do if I am tied into a contract but not getting the broadband service? How do I prove it? @postoffice broadband (now @ShellEnergyHome ) keeps stating their is no issue with the line. I cannot get through to the tech team on hold for over 17 minutes every time
