  @PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

  @PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

  @PostOffice literally there is one lady walking around asking what people they’re doing today whilst the other is sat down chilling with only one behind the counter and a massive queue how about they get behind the counter and serve people ??

  @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So it's been with Kennington Park Post Office all this time and they haven't bothered to look when I visited twice!!!!! I have the print out of all the times my parcel was scanned. And the staff was SO rude. Pointing fingers and shouting.

  @PostOffice having been for 2 visits to my local sorting office and 2 visits to Kennington Park Post Office unable to locate my parcel I was told "we don't work for @RoyalMail and we don't earn enough to look" and gave me a claim form. Wow!!! So rude and unhelpful. 👎🏻🥺

  I am I’m a post office! When were you last in one? #postoffice ? I honestly didn’t know what to do, like the que etc / think I was last one in the #uk was ten years ago, surprised it was full of people. Let’s see what the service is like these days

  @PostOffice Will not be using your products again , shame because the PO used to give good service years ago they have gone down so much over the years , the credit card services are the same awful.

  @PostOffice I have sent you photos of the Tracking Enquiry System showing it's been in Kennington Post Office since 24 May when I've been there 2 times to pick it up. With my card and passport. And they were not bothered is all I can say. Why do we pay for a service that doesn't work?
