@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice I’ve already called. The advisor I spoke to couldn’t have sounded less interested if he tried, had no idea what my issue was and couldn’t give me a straight answer other than “try in like 2 hours or something”. I don’t have time to sit and wait another 40 minutes unfortunately

@PostOffice Thanks for your polite response @postoffice I think I see your point, but the problem with waiting for inquiries is the verb. You could consider some interim compensation on a without prejudice basis? I’m told you’ve apologised so presumably it isn’t that you’re denying fault?

@PostOffice I used Royal Mail Special Delivery but when the delivery was attempted on 16th April it says no one was there. Royal Mail still have the parcel but its not allowing me to re-arrange the delivery. I have the tracking number. Please can you help?
