@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@Shatter242 Ask your postal worker if you can leave mail in the box or if there is a place nearby where they collect. I leave outgoing mail in my box. If that doesn't help you can call your local postoffice and ask if there is a closer box.

@PostOffice @shirley51079929 Sorry Courtney, that label has to be printed by the customer and attached to the parcel, not presented for scanning from a phone as the customer tried to in this case. You should know the difference between a Data Matrix and a QR code. There is no QR code on that label.

How is it that #Amazon deliver in 24 hours or even the same day and we are lucky here if the @PostOffice @RoyalMail deliver once a week when we are not in the list shown as having delay problems? Also @RoyalMailHelp says “slight” delays. A week is a slight delay?

@PostOffice I measured and weighted at home and it fit the criteria as large letter. Hence why I knew the other parcel had to go as small parcel and I did click and drop. It was the issue that he never said it can't go large letter as I would have used different service
