@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

As happy as i was with @PostOffice service for my foreign currency order, I really have to question why they thought it ok to have almost no small change in the order? Of ~70 bills 49 of them were $50. No $10 bills at all. Who on earth thinks that's sensible or acceptable?

@postoffice introduced online motor vehicle licensing. The service isn't helping at all & the staff from Durban branch is clueless pertain this service so they can't help me. I applied using online service after @KZNTransport has always been offline to issue my disk.

I go to the @PostOffice to renew passport by their digital click and send service, only to be told the service is down, nationwide, till next week. Seemingly no announcement of this on their website, leaving me wondering about the value of time, money and carbon wasted.
