Reece Lyons (@reecelyonssound) reported from South Shields, England@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

Rikster (@Rik_JP1884) reported@andrewian84 That's awful how about letting @RoyalMail and @PostOffice know on here, see if they can suggest the best route for action to be taken. Unacceptable behaviour.

Sophie Towers (@kibblebankstore) reported@PostOffice All area managers are well aware of this issue as is the union it’s discussed regularly but they can’t do anything about it but if we are self employed then we should be treated that way to control when we open not be down to post office.

matthewb (@pricklypear) reported@PostOffice Thanks. vpn issues. Work gave me url addresses to put on router whitelist. Po help desk wouldn't help. My problem started the day after I received my new Po router.

-
Graeme Burrell 💙 (@Cadoret) reported@Saggydaddy @lucyallan @PostOffice The damage caused to these totally innocent people (some dead before this 'victory') means we need a judge-led public inquiry with power to charge/imprison the person/people directly responsible for continuing with prosecutions after it became obvious there was an IT problem.
-
jefferson (Don't take it seriously) (@JeffersonBenne9) reported@lucyallan @PostOffice I agree with the 2017 act and the decision to make the scheme illegal but only from the date of the act not from 10 yrs before. Analogy is like someone going down a motorway at 70 and then you say we're making it 30 but all who went at 70 for the last 10 yrs are guilty and fined.
-
matthewb (@pricklypear) reported@PostOffice 1. Said he didn't have knowledge on router settings 2. Said the new router was exactly same as the 10yr old one it replaced, so didn't need editing anyway 3. Said the problem (from the day after router arrived, which doesn't exist using mob hot-spot) was to do with my work vpn.

Aravind Ganesan (@TheAravindG) reported@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for your reply. I will wait for this to be investigated. The letter has a delivery date of 28-4-21 but was delivered to me today only. Is there CCTV in this postoffice? It can help investigate. Stealing and pilferage should stop.
