No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.

Crap customer service because theyโre a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
