@PostOffice Hi Courtney. It was the Ruabon branch. I went to collect my aunty's pension and they said that the systems were down in all branches and they didn't know when they would be back up

Going back to Miss Kim's behaviour. When I reminded her of the profiling, she remembered the incident and didn't apologise then or even today. all she said was, "well , that was because we has £2000 worth of things stolen." @PostOffice
