    @pkelso is the PostOffice office unique? The Fair Trading Act 1973 is 52 years old. There's never been a prosecution. Either it is the most powerful legislation that scared all traders into law abiding citizens or @biztradegovuk civil servants are perverting justice routinely!

    @PostOffice It's been 9 days sincey parcel was delivered by Royal mail to the local post office branch I'm Greenwich. Been going there daily using my lunch break for nothing. Raised a formal complaint and I got "we aim to respond within 15 days". DO BETTER!

    @AJIOLife Complaint ID COM00091727077 was not resolved intensionly . I will sent back wrong item to Isha Ambani, Reliance HQ with my own cost. She will judge the bad customer service. I am Postoffice employee and I know her address.

    @shoba_31 @RoyalMail @PostOffice You will only get second class post every other day & never on a Saturday moving forward. Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.
