@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we posted a card first class last Saturday 15th January in NR20 for a birthday on 23rd January DA15 and still not arrived. This isn't the first time your delivery has let us down.

@siany_d @hugodrayton @PostOffice My problem is my local post office didn't explain that "signed for" is not the same as "special delivery". I asked for a next day registered service for my passport and wedding certificate, and now its lost with no tracking as they sold me a first class signed for service.

@gnftired ive never gotten a estimated arrival date i just get a text or letter home when its at the postoffice but it was weird this time cus the mail just went empty and it was like that for days then it disappeared, and i didnt delete it by accident? just so weird

@PostOffice If I use a self service kiosk in a branch to send Royal Mail International Standard, do they print the labels for it? And then fill in the CN22 form by hand and stick them on? Many thanks.

@DrGarethMorgan @PostOffice £1.70 International Standard (Airmail) providing it is less than 5mm thick and weighs under 100g. Considerably more if you want a Tracked service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp hello. I sent a parcel 8 days ago from the main post office in my town. It was a RM 1st class signed for. It’s still showing as “accepted at post office” I’ve been back there but the staff weren’t much help. Please could somebody try and help me?
