@PostOffice excellent service from the lady at Newcastle Northumberland Street store today trying to help me sort my car tax out 😁

  • Mrs_Moir Lee-Ann Moir (@Mrs_Moir) reported from Dunston, England

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

  • chrisbird9 chris bird (@chrisbird9) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

    @PostOffice Not working since Saturday

  • IanVizzi Ian Vizzi (@IanVizzi) reported from Ryton, England

    Please answer @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews need HELP

  • IanVizzi Ian Vizzi (@IanVizzi) reported from Ryton, England

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

  • bigjohnuk_john john mclauchlin (@bigjohnuk_john) reported from Wallsend, England

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

  • prlumley Peter Lumley (@prlumley) reported from Whickham, England

Well done in the Customer Services stakes:NOT. ? Is it @mccolls ? or is it @morrison who arbitrarily close their NE16 local @postoffice because today the (understaffed anyway) "convenience" store ain't got enough workers. THE "sprat to catch a mackerel" ruse short of bait now?

  • vitosauras H (@vitosauras) reported from Gateshead, England

@PostOffice Yes, it's just down the street and they were closed at 3pm.

  • yasminisyasmin Yasmin A. Choudhury FRSA (@yasminisyasmin) reported

@PostOffice Omg. You just reminded me to put in a massive complaint. How are you completely deprived and left me destitute as a survivor of domestic violence. And I’m coming after you & the Bank of Ireland. Do not dare claim to help us survivors. You fleeced me. Off I go to complain #dv

  • ecarlesi Emiliano Carlesi (@ecarlesi) reported

    Threat on hxxps://podepot-support[.]com/ #phishing #postoffice #enom

  • adamdalston Adam Alston (@adamdalston) reported

@ClaireEWebb @siany_d @PostOffice Trouble is, unlike a bank PO’s don’t have unlimited safe space, so can’t store loads of bulky change like a bank could. Ask to withdraw £X in coin rather than exchange it, if I had enough coins available for float and business customers I’d always give what I could on request

  • davidashleywall David McCarter (@davidashleywall) reported

@NanSheppard @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Something my mother did when I was a child to help escape an abusive home. The faux outrage at this ad is ridiculous.

  • simonkensington Simon Kensington-Fellows (@simonkensington) reported

@ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice A very poor analogy, cash is about choice, freedom and privacy. If you want to help out someone on a mean tested benefit you can give / loan them cash to help out without it impacting any future benefit payments - you lose the privacy with a bank transfer.

  • JoaoJpfx1 Joao Paulo Ferreira (@JoaoJpfx1) reported

@PostOffice But what your advert is insinuating is that it’s a very dangerous world out there because of men of course and to every woman should have a bank account up the post office in order to save up for when her husband or son I suppose beat the crap out of her

  • UK_StopWhinging Stop Whinging (@UK_StopWhinging) reported

@byronvanstien @WeegieGeologist @PostOffice It’s a private service. A public service is one funded by the taxpayer. It isn’t.

  • byronvanstien Byron (@byronvanstien) reported

@Listhebest2020 @PostOffice This is just so stupid I don’t know how to respond

  • Somemightsay_81 Rob (@Somemightsay_81) reported

@PostOffice Things must have been bad if queuing at a post office is better than being at home (especially if it’s in WHSmith)

  • WithensMan A.N.D. (@WithensMan) reported

@mikewatso @nat_williams89 @PostOffice Absolutely agree. The issue has to be addressed, support has to be provided but I still balk at PostOffice promoting themselves on the back of misery. If they contributed as much to supporting those in abusive relationships as they do promoting themselves then the point is moot.
