The insurance I was sold by @PostOffice was bought quickly in an emergency and I wasn’t able to read the full terms and conditions. It was more worth using the policy certificate as a paper airplane. Please do your research when taking out insurance. 2/8

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for your reply. I think it’s safe to safe that you won’t go beyond your contractual obligations as, like most insurance companies, you don’t want to pay out. The support I’ve received from your team whilst stranded here is mediocre at best and incompetent…

@PostOffice If the problem for the current in store post office currency exchange is you like a more old school swap, maybe consider allowing customers to swap GBP for BTC via a #Bitcoin paper wallet you load an print, so its paper for paper lol

@PostOffice Thanks for the quick reply - much appreciated. Sounds like there wasn't much consultation with you guys before it happened and I do worry that some older people will struggle with the change. Did the @DWP even explain why? Why fix what isn't broken! @dwppressoffice

After amendments to tickets, fuel to get to the embassy in Paris, tolls on Sanef, accommodation whilst being stranded adds up. This is solely down to me not reading my insurance documents and buying a chocolate teapot from the @PostOffice. 5/8

@PostOffice I’m trying to get in touch regarding false advertisement of your products and have spent two hours on hold to no avail … can you help?

@PostOffice I’m furious with @WallisFashion as I don’t believe both parcels were lost en route. Their customer service is atrocious. I know I shouldn’t have misplaced the receipts, but to “lose” two parcels seems unlikely.

@PostOffice please upgrade your self service machines to accept qr codes for prepaid returns. The 15 minute wait for one person at the counter to do something which took 30 seconds was painful
