@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@C_Albrecht89 @RoyalMail I’ll be using @Parcel2go after lockdown, ATM they’re way too slow. 2 weeks to deliver to recipients from point of collection so slinging 25 large letters in local village post box is all I can do. No way am I standing in age long @postoffice queue for proof of postage receipts.

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

2/3 . Already Police delayed verification by 2 months. After getting verification, still did not get PCC in hand. Never got tracking ID nor a call from postoffice agent for delivery.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice Pls get ur act together. Just sent stamps to RM Freepost Swap Out address. Post Office refused to issue cert of posting cos no postcode. Royal Mail says 'get proof of posting'. PO eventually issued one saying Swap Out in address fields. Why so difficult?

Terrible service from @PostOffice travel insurance… bought a premium policy, issues when trying to register online, been waiting weeks for someone to call back, numerous calls and being on hold constantly and can’t get through to anyone! Customer Service??

Please upgrade postoffice servers 45-50 minutes for each deposit, withdraw, updating .senior citizens, working employees have to stand for hours please do something . It's been 3 years hearing the same thing server problems 😒 @MIB_India tagging.

@PostOffice I have been trying to change my vehicle Tax class from Disabled to PLG, I tried 3 different post offices. They are saying it won't let them do it, I have rang DVLA, they are saying it's nothing on their side that is stopping this from happening. HELP!.
