@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice This just goes from bad to worse. After 5 non-delivery of letters the "post office" now say there is nothing they can do about forms not being delivered!! Just about getting my mum's money back to her. Absolutely ridiculous

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Latest of many scams. Also happening in Spain. Never click on links. This action alone can give full access to your mobile and ultimately your bank account so it can be wiped clean!

@PostOffice I posted a parcel internationally on the 17/3 and it’s just been posted through my front door today with no note or anything to say why. I’ve paid £4.20 for this service and it wasn’t sent correctly.
