@NFSP_UK need to be held accountable for their complicity in the @PostOffice treatment of sub- postmasters - they are just as guilty as they did nothing to help members instead they protected the post office.

@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice we have been PO broadband and phone customers for 12 years.we elected to go paperless and pay our bill using the phone(but)it never works,tells us we owe nothing!we attempted to sort it by talking to you but..still the same..Help

@PostOffice used the counter service to pay a chq into HSBC, they have declined it, Nationwide say I need original back to get a new one issued….can you help me track it ??

@Thabisoo PostOffice workers are plain lazy ,they led the service to deteriorate, beside certifying documents we used to get Z83 forms, not anymore, the is nothing I will miss about Post Office even if it closes @Powerfm987 #PowerDrive

@9NewsSyd I never click links . Call the local postoffice and ask them if they have a parcel that is waiting for you to collect , can ask for redelivery .

Next operative tells me my #ChristmasCards are too big (18.5 centimetres) for first class £1.10p. I say: “I will be using the post office less and less next year”. Some of us are not interested in #JobsWorth from the #PostOffice. They are clearly being paid to shut service down.
