Reece Lyons (@reecelyonssound) reported from South Shields, England
@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@WhatWouldKirkDo @Niam2810 @PostOffice Nope - won't see me in your Nosey hole whilst you ask people's private info. Actually, question. From all the items you ask about, how do you rank them in order of opening and thieving? I'm just joking!! You've never open them, first.
-
GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported
@WhatWouldKirkDo @Niam2810 @PostOffice Unnecessarily? It's private into between 2 people. (Sender + Recipient) I honestly didn't think the Post Office were this intrusive - and I won't be bothering with them where I can help it.
-
GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported
@PostOffice I told her it was safe to post, as I stated very clearly "It is not on your prohibited lists" and a rough value. She flat out REFUSED to accept it and I took it elsewhere. They, had no issues and listened to me. I've made an official complaint.

@PostOffice Hi there, I want to get some documents certified via your Document Certification Service. Can you confirm if your branches accept HMRC letters as a document to be certified? The website isn’t clear. Thanks!
