@PostOffice really disappointed, checked your exchange rate for dollars today $1.27 but was only given $1.22 in store, that's almost airport rates! asked for immediate refund but refused, to top it currency not in stock - poor customer service today

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

Morning. Your Southwark park road branch in london, se16 was meant to open at 9 but the shutters are still down. Me and a few others have been queuing in the rain for too long now. Some of them elderly. What’s going on? @PostOffice

@A419pirate @PostOffice So, you went to a PO with a problem they can't really help with, they asked you to wait and they phone RM to be helpful, then customers they actually need to serve and gave you the number to call, which is all we can really do. Anything other than that phone number is a bonus.

Can @PostOffice confirm their policy on face coverings? I was refused service at Oakleigh Drive, Peterborough despite stating I was medically exempt. Was told proof is required; however that is NOT the Gov guidance. Should I have been refused service because I can't wear a mask?

@PostOffice Unfortunately her local Post Office recently ceased to operate and as she wished to send a care package to an incapacitated relative she travelled 4 miles to her nearest PO. Sadly not a good customer experience!

@PostOffice Everytime I’ve queued for the PO there’s been two workers (that’s great) but they all take an inordinate amount of time serving a single customer and have a chat with them when there’s a queue of people out the door.
