  • reecelyonssound Reece Lyons (@reecelyonssound) reported from South Shields, England

@PostOffice Carden street branch, south shields is a constant disappointment. Rude staff, making up their own rules as per when they will accept parcels, and now not complying with measures to ensure a covid-safe space. I hate to be that person, but it's not the first issue.

@PostOffice excellent service from the lady at Newcastle Northumberland Street store today trying to help me sort my car tax out 😁

Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

@GiTusMaximus @Niam2810 @PostOffice Whose embarrassed? I wouldn't be; we've had all sorts sent. But I do get annoyed when a customer unnecessarily refuses to answer a simple question politely

@PostOffice hi seems your broadband is down . Have you got issues ?

  • CamberleyDan Dan Adams (@CamberleyDan) reported from Camberley, England

@Jajafinance please can someone help me with my section 75 query - 4 phone calls later and still no resolution. Thanks for the stitch up @PostOffice @MartinSLewis

  • GiTusMaximus GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported

@WhatWouldKirkDo @Niam2810 @PostOffice Nope - won't see me in your Nosey hole whilst you ask people's private info. Actually, question. From all the items you ask about, how do you rank them in order of opening and thieving? I'm just joking!! You've never open them, first.

  • GiTusMaximus GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported

@WhatWouldKirkDo @Niam2810 @PostOffice Unnecessarily? It's private into between 2 people. (Sender + Recipient) I honestly didn't think the Post Office were this intrusive - and I won't be bothering with them where I can help it.

  • GiTusMaximus GiTus Maximus (@GiTusMaximus) reported

@PostOffice I told her it was safe to post, as I stated very clearly "It is not on your prohibited lists" and a rough value. She flat out REFUSED to accept it and I took it elsewhere. They, had no issues and listened to me. I've made an official complaint.

  • GavTuach Gavin Tuach ⚓️ (@GavTuach) reported

@PostOffice why since the Post Office were put in with the @coopuk has the service dramatically got worse?? Second time in a week the Post Office isn't open and with Co-op staff not willing to assist.

  • sunkisscribbles Joy 🏳️‍🌈💙 (@sunkisscribbles) reported

@PostOffice Our contract is up, we're going to another company. The service hasn't been good and this is last straw for us.

  • hrparsons10 Holly (@hrparsons10) reported

@PostOffice Hi there, I want to get some documents certified via your Document Certification Service. Can you confirm if your branches accept HMRC letters as a document to be certified? The website isn’t clear. Thanks!
