@PostOffice over a week now since a significant amount of money was taken from my bank account by a direct debit that was never set up. I’ve called about 5 times since then and still my money has not been returned.

@PostOffice Only 1 and 1 member of staff looking after the self service and doing passports. All the self service points needed assistance and waited 30-40 mins to get any. It’s the only post office in the town centre and it’s a very big town!

So I have a yeeterus. Which means tests are negative ALWAYS. I also have access to postoffice and know how to write shipping labels. So if you wanna go camping somewhere else but a test is holding you back. Just let me know in good time and we can fix.

Told the @PostOffice that our Crumlin branch's hours were wrong on the website. It lists a 10PM close instead of 5PM. They got back to me with a 'FINAL RESPONSE' saying they'll give me 2 quid. I don't want your money you loons, I want you to FIX THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE! 🤬

@epw_in I've NOT received total 9 issues, out of 24 issues published (on '22). The postoffice confirming- whatever came, they've delivered. However, the problem is being entitled to me, no matter which/whose system is creating the unintentional/ casual puzzle. (1/2)

The UKGov tax page removed the options to login with digidentity and PostOffice. Now to check my personal tax account I need a UK Passport which I do not have. I physically cannot check my tax or finances. I now understand how it feels to be institutionally unwelcome.
