@PostOffice @FlaskEnd I stopped loving the Post office when it was sold , big respect for our postman , lovely people who front line for a bunch of greedy shareholders who don’t pay well and insist their staff post loads of crap leaflets for us to throw away, all for more. Public ownership again!

@PostOffice Ignorant people like this person are quick to blame an already exhausted network of Post Offices struggling with loss of business due to internet, strikes, removal of services. Theft is a horrendous accusation.

@edfenergy Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I have looked through the link you sent me but my question is yet to be answered. Have you authorised @PostOffice staffs not to issue out cash to the beneficiary? I have received plenty of complaints of these practices from post office.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Ah, the Post Office, where your staff can’t even be bothered stopping chatting whilst serving customers.. You’re both as bad as each other, separate or not.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thank you - there has not been 1 single update on the tracking number provided, just the date it was posted - so I’m not sure why I was charged by the post office for a service that provides no tracked information. Perhaps the post office kept it !?? That’s the last tracked point

@edfenergy Can you confirm you've authorised @PostOffice staffs at Jamaica Road post office not to issue money to the beneficiary of the "Support Scheme Discount Voucher " The staffs there are refusing to give the cash to the beneficiary without any tangible reasons.@SimonHughes

Received a Christmas card today, posted in November. Initially thought poor service, but the 92 year old who had sent it got the surname right, the house number right, the street name and postcode wrong, but the town right. Fair play @PostOffice - that’s good detective work.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp And therein lies the problem: it's always the other guy's fault. I am your customer. I don't care. You take it up with them. This isn't the 1960s. It's why both of your last-century businesses are losing relevance.

@PostOffice Alas, no, but he's usually at the self-service points. PS So impressed that he was looking after several customers simultaneously, and went out of his way to help. Thank you #CustomerService 👏
