@artistsmakers @PrivateEyeNews Absolutely agree ! How 700 convictions didn’t flag up profoundly serious systemic errors with the @PostOffice - lives & businesses devastated - easier to blame the postmasters than to look any deeper.

@saving_planet_A Hi, I'm so sorry about this. Can you confirm if this was a Royal Mail customer service point or a @PostOffice branch as we are separate companies? >Mayah

The trauma imposed on innocent people by @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk is absolutely unforgivable. Nobody from these organisations or barristers that represented them have been held to account is disgusting A public enquiry is a help, but why is there not a criminal investigation

The quality of online features for the @PostOffice are inexcusably bad. I should never, ever, arrive at a 404 page when trying to navigate to customer support with a link YOU provided. Don't make me go full Karen on you, Get Your **** Together.

Hey @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @PostOffice How come it takes a week for a First Class parcel to get from London to Truro. Your service is an absolute joke these days. And your online claim form doesn't work. If I was the Queen I'd demand you remove the 'Royal' bit from your name.

@kirstieclegg @PostOffice Who is Sean? Im not sympathetic, you've firstly complained to the wrong company, and complained about not receiving a service you didnt pay for. You stuck a few extra stamps on something and hoped for the best even though it was 'potentially life saving'

@PostOffice so upset the birthday present I sent never arrived. I get a few stamps in return and you expect me to supply receipts. Why would I keep receipts when I expect a parcel to arrive safely? @paullewismoney @MartinSLewis

@PostOffice The best gift you can give is to compensate properly the 700 postmasters who’s lives you devastated and prosecute the senior management and those who knew the problem and did nothing but hide facts and cover up to save their own skin. #PostOfficeScandal
