@PostOffice I tried to simply send my old passport off via Haworth Co-Op post office ans was unable to even get a proper envelope! They are absolutely not equipped to handle the business from main street should you close that down. Ridiculous decision.

@parcelforce @PostOffice Yet again @parcelforce state that damage to a vinyl record's sleeve is not covered by their insurance because it's 'packaging' & has no value. Try looking on Discogs then, where you won't actually find a copy of the item you damaged because it was so rare. Usual convenient lies.

@PostOffice The damage done to those poor people whilst you resisted any kind of investigation, until it was clear you’d got it massively wrong can never be adequately compensated.

@NivashniNair SAens must really be stupid if they still believe SA Postoffice can still be an effective institution under the ANC regime of Corruptional Dealings...the damage is done we need to bury this Industry under GOV and have Postnet be SAens choice of service.

Hi @monzo I was supposed to receive my card last Saturday and haven't. In fairness I haven't received ANY post for over a week which is highly unusual. Have @RoyalMail and the @PostOffice shut down and no one told me? Or are all the Posties recovering from the #PlatinumJubilee?

@PostOffice do you know if all post offices that have a dvla renewal photo machine are down? My local one has been out of action for weeks and I need to renew but need to do by this mode but don't want to travel to another one if its all of them. Thanks #helpplease
