@BootstrapCook @PostOffice We have been stitched up and screwed over. The Post Office are still doing credit cards. Yet customers were moved to JaJa Finance Ltd who are appalling and I have never seen so many complaints. Shame on the Post Office. You don't deserve customers.

@groverdPO @PostOffice @bazzz9 Actually the provision of change via withdrawal is not a service, change giving is a chargeable sevice, the odd bit of change provision is at the discretion of counter staff certainly not an obligation. Businesses are charged to receive change it not a free service.

@siany_d @PostOffice @bazzz9 Yes, it's not common sense, I said it's common sense out of the window. Never said it was contractual. Trainers have told me to recommend cash withdrawal to people wanting change without a change card. That's my point - mixed messages from the amateurs at POL!

@PostOffice Hi, I know it isn't. I sent it Wednesday morning expecting it to arrive by today. I shouldn't need a next day service because nothing else is reliable enough to get it there within three days

@PostOffice I've a credit card with you in excellent standing Jaja finance you appinted instead of Bank of Ireland have messed up the transition, sending out replacement cards which deny access to the account & say they don't know if I'll be dead before they sort out the problem.
