    @scalesjason @RoyalMail @PostOffice Yes, there’s a lesson somewhere. Although ordering something in the first week of December on guaranteed next day, you can accept a few days delay. Hopefully it’ll be here before Christmas.. Or.. they should withdraw the service & focus on clearing the backlog.

    @PostOffice As suspected, this mode of contact is completely useless. Why do you need to know when the manager gets back if you can't help either way? I guess you're just trying to waste my time? Another reason to avoid Post Office moving forward. I hope others see this and do just that.

    @PostOffice I’ve been trying to cancel my contract for 3 months now. Last time I called I was assured I’d get a credit note (as you kept taking money after cancellation) - instead I just received another bill WTF. Can you please supply an email address for people who can help?

    @PostOffice why do you keep increasing prices ? £2.60 then £2.65 to £2.90 to £2.95 to £3.10 now to £3.20 ...your service has gotten worse over 2020 and it's not like you're giving your postman a pay rise so what are you doing with this money?

    @PostOffice I have come back to you as you said I could - over the SAME MATTER. AND NOW YOU DON'T KNOW IF I CAN SEND MORE THAN 5 PREPAID EBAY/ROYAL MAIK PARCELS? Is that correct?? You should know what service I can use in your branches - should I be refused??

    @PostOffice Ok. I will do. It isn't filling me with confidence for the service though! I've tried all the support numbers and could not speak to a person :(

    @PostOffice I feel, Courtney, that I'm not getting far right now. You stated above that you've no access to customer accounts but now you suggest you could escalate this if I wait? No internet access means I cannot work. The delays I've been quoted are simply unacceptable.

    @PostOffice hi - is there a delay to the service in SE5? Just checking, as am waiting for a few deliveries over the last few weeks so want to know they’re not lost. Is there a way to collect them myself from a sorting office?

    @PostOffice is there actually anybody on the phones for the post office verify? asked for a call back and just seem to wait and wait. terrible help line.

    @PostOffice Do all your branches have label printing facilities? I need to return a parcel to Amazon, but can’t find if my local branch has this service.
