@PostOffice Do NOT use the Global Express. It's an absolute swizz. I spent £75.65 last Monday to send a credit card from Cornwall to Egypt for what was meant to be a 3 day service. It still hasn't arrived. My nephew is now running out of money & is stuck in Cairo. Outrageous

@PostOffice Why are postage prices cheaper if you buy a label online? Seems to go against the push to support your local high street, post office and businesses. Would much prefer to buy postage at the PO.

  • EmilyKoch Emily Koch - away for a while (@EmilyKoch) reported

@PostOffice @rchdnv Hi Richard/@PostOffice I have the same issue - can I clarify what is the advice with this, please?

  • AbiFarr abigail farr (@AbiFarr) reported

@PostOffice why are there different bereavement departments for Post Office savings & Post Office ISA's? Need to go through the process again, which Inthought I'd done. Can you use the documentation for one account to the other? Why not advised at time? The call centre script bad

  • aneillans Andy Neillans (@aneillans) reported

@kaybeedigital @PostOffice holy crap that has to be a data protection violation for @PostOffice contacting you about that after so long after having service removed?!

  • aaronbepacook Aaron Cook (@aaronbepacook) reported

@AmazonHelp Picked it up today. It wasn’t scanned in by the post office when it arrived yesterday morning. @PostOffice letting folk and business down.

  • MarkHumphries10 Mark Humphries Dip CPC (loves video editing) (@MarkHumphries10) reported

@WhichUK @RoyalMail I get them all the time. Never responded yet, never missed an expected parcel delivery. If a retired police officer fell for it that is his problem. It is so obviously NOT from the PostOffice.

  • aaronbepacook Aaron Cook (@aaronbepacook) reported

@PostOffice @AmazonUK what’s the point in paying for next day delivery to a drop off point that’s not even open! The store (Spar) is open but because the post office side is closed, I can’t collect my delivery that’s sat behind the same counter. Bloody stupid.

  • kaybeedigital KayBee 💙 (@kaybeedigital) reported

@aneillans @PostOffice Absolutely. Also, the letter told me the service was transferred to @ShellEnergyHome last month, so they now also have my data & I certainly didn't give permission for that

  • Kat_Fierce Katherine Pearce (@Kat_Fierce) reported

@PostOffice It's Sheffield, postcode starts S8. Was told on the phone that it's some kind of national issue but have had no further updates. Do you have an overview of what progress has been made in the area?

  • jen_f16 jen_f16 (@jen_f16) reported

@PostOffice had a letter about my broadband and phone service - I've not been a customer for a year!
