@PostOffice No just got back from A+E (work) and the call centre closed but yet again internet is down as I say this has been everyday. Right now I just want to be able to relax!

@RoyalMailHelp urgently need help! Supposedly my package has been deemed lost?! Although it has a tracking number. The recipient gave the wrong postcode. I’ve tried to call and correct this. Surely if there’s a tracking number it can be sent back to the original postoffice?!

@PostOffice @scullyp Villages Post Offices have put the banks to shame,the counter service they have provided during the pandemic has been first class and invaluable.They have provided help,reassurance and some normality particularly to their older vulnerable and not internet savvy customers.👏👏👏

@PostOffice very shameful when a postie fails to do a simple thing. "Do not bend important/" mail Means don't damage it and knock on door you idiot!!! You need to tell your postie & pay for a new document
