@PostOffice No just got back from A+E (work) and the call centre closed but yet again internet is down as I say this has been everyday. Right now I just want to be able to relax!

@PostOffice @oohgaryc This is not just this branch. You just do not have enough staff! The one you have left in Barnstaple is not able to serve and look after the self service machines. Says a massive amount about how staff feel that so many have left & you are either unable or unwilling to recruit.

Appalling customer service in the @PostOffice in Alwnick this afternoon Rude, no name tag, not responding to questions and eye rolling at our questions about parcels. Man sat on the counter with no tag or uniform Politeness cuts both ways I'll just use @dhlexpressuk next time

Took my passport to @PostOffice to be renewed. Pictures taken and application done in 25 minutes. New passport arrives 11 days later. Amazing service!
