@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Over to you @RoyalMailHelp, is there any reason why your SLA of delivering my phone on a guaranteed 1 pm delivery yesterday Wednesday May 4 fail to happen? As a result, you made me lose out on work and my earning, causing me distress. I need an explanation, please. Thanks

How is it morally/legally justifiable @PostOffice travel insurance when we call to notify of a breast cancer diagnosis to add to our existing annual multi trip policy you cancel our existing policy & refuse to cover trips already booked? What’s the point then of having insurance?

@PostOffice one of the digital check and sends I had done for a passport renewal has had its photo rejected. Obviously this shouldn't have happened as that's 1 of the purposes of check and send. How do I make a complaint about it?

@PostOffice I’ve already called. The advisor I spoke to couldn’t have sounded less interested if he tried, had no idea what my issue was and couldn’t give me a straight answer other than “try in like 2 hours or something”. I don’t have time to sit and wait another 40 minutes unfortunately

@PostOffice I knew the charges were wrong and feel the person serving me just couldn’t be bothered to help.I took parcel to the Ossett branch and it was £3 cheaper there. The woman behind the counter at horbury was more interested talking about sausage rolls than serving customers
