@PostOffice Do NOT use the Global Express. It's an absolute swizz. I spent £75.65 last Monday to send a credit card from Cornwall to Egypt for what was meant to be a 3 day service. It still hasn't arrived. My nephew is now running out of money & is stuck in Cairo. Outrageous

@PostOffice There is no respect with your customers! First you have sent my package that should go to Brazil to my own house (sender of the letter). Now, employees didn't even apologize fo it, my package GOT LOST and I don't have an answer for my complaints. Worst service ever!

Moving house is becoming expensive. @PostOffice van insurance trying to charge £145 to alter address. It’s a mile down the road, not a war-torn country! #👋🏻 #bye-bye

@SteveBakerHW @duncancbaker @PostOffice For everything there should be a choice for people. Just because something works for some, should not mean everyone has to fall in line. It must never be a one size fits all, which sadly, unless we stop this crap, this is what we will have.

@SheffieldPost @PostOffice @RoyalMail lost my recorded delivery then rude attitude from staff. Nothing resolved. Just the usual ‘call royal mail’ so I did. It’s not their problem either. #bannercrosspostoffice #royalmail#shoplocalwhenlocalhavemanners

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@PostOffice Hi Ryan, as I have said to them directly, it depends on what they have. If just a QR code then no, if they have printed the label yes. This should've been clarified with the customer by yourselves before further advising.

@PostOffice I get that. I too have admin tasks but they are scheduled for when there is the least impact to the customer I service. And rudeness, by the manager, is not accepted at any time.

@Philip471 @PostOffice China is another country. The guidelines are just that, a general guide, and specific country requirements should always be checked. If it came down to getting a bollocking off a PO twitter person, or having my mail suspended for not following DG regs, I know what I’d choose

@PostOffice 2 emails to ask for assistance around a fraudulent item & no communication from Royal Mail. Also tried a phone call but after 35mins on hold & 2 toddlers to entertain I had to hang up. Not impressed
