    @PostOffice No just got back from A+E (work) and the call centre closed but yet again internet is down as I say this has been everyday. Right now I just want to be able to relax!

    Ouch. I always forget how rude @PostOffice workers are until I have to visit one. I got shouted at for going in when I should’ve printed at home to “save them time”. Trust me if I had a printer I wouldn’t be going in 😬

    @PostOffice I need to get my driving licence renewed and will need a photo taken.. the nearest office according to your website is Thetford. Is the service available all day every day?

    @postoffice. How do I get my driving license renewed? One local branch machine is out of order. Another is no longer offering that service & another close branch you have to book an appointment but I can't find how and I can't get through on the phone to ask. Help please????????

    @PostOffice topped up my drop and go account twice this morning online yet no deposit showing (it has left my bank) and no number to contact - shocking service - who is going to resolve this !

    It's now 2 months since we had to cancel our holiday due to Covid, and the @PostOffice insurance claim still has not been processed for us 😯 How long is everyone else waiting for similar claims @MartinSLewis?
