@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

  • Firewraak : O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

  • Firewraak : O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

  • domhunt73 DOMINIC HUNT (@domhunt73) reported from Tamworth District, England

Well done to @BBCNews for highlighting the wrongful & unjust convictions of postmistress’ & postmasters due to awful software used by @PostOffice

  • JamesReaderFRF James Reader (@JamesReaderFRF) reported from Swadlincote, England

@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.

  • JON_BANKSY Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Birmingham, England

@nickwallis @PostOffice Them let’s stop letting the ******* get their way and being allowed to bury shit and nail them. Anything less is a massive slur on our justice system.

  • Firewraak : O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice @DotCott00128461 This is the Post Office's responsibility. All staff should be trained to never discriminate, they need to be explicitly aware they will be held directly responsible under the Equities Act 2010.

  • jamesshawvideo jamesshawvideo (@jamesshawvideo) reported

@WayneScholes @PostOffice Absolute pencil necks. Poor lady.

  • Hot_Sauce_58 Trevor Sidley (@Hot_Sauce_58) reported

@BernieSpofforth Keep it going Bernie. This is the same @PostOffice that denied there was any issue with their computer system. Blinkered doesn't even cover it.

  • djsenior13 David Senior (@djsenior13) reported

    @BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews Disgusting behaviour from @PostOffice awful

  • RuthRomano Ruth Romano (@RuthRomano) reported

Is this any way to treat your vulnerable customers @PostOffice when you are so quick to demand bills are paid and yet when there is a problem you don't want to know? Shocking. How do I make a complaint?

  • B_W_Marshall OldStravonian (@B_W_Marshall) reported

@MarkKL29 @B0mberHarris @PostOffice There are two ‘greeters’ at my Post Office who are particularly aggressive in their policing of their branch. Makes you wonder what direction is being handed down to the staff from on high.

  • DaveAmbo Dave Ambo (@DaveAmbo) reported

@PostieMcPost @DarbsLucy @PostOffice No. He can not ask and he can not refuse service and move on. both actions are discriminatory and break the law.

  • zoisiab Sarah (@zoisiab) reported

Just went to @PostOffice to send a small parcel. Has been a while, but seems it’s the norm to advise customers that “due to it being Christmas, lots of parcels are now going missing”. telling me your service is a tad shakey in order to try up-sell me postage 🤨

  • 945644bill Bill B (@945644bill) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice So did the defence not ask ‘are there any issues in the platform that undermine the accuracy or evidential nature of the data used’? Or did the witnesses just lie in court?

  • iainmann Iain Mann (@iainmann) reported

@PostOffice Always amazingly long slow queues at my local #postoffice in Church Road #Hove Any plans to reopen the POs you’ve closed down over the last few years?!
