@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

Well done to @BBCNews for highlighting the wrongful & unjust convictions of postmistress’ & postmasters due to awful software used by @PostOffice

@nickwallis @PostOffice Them let’s stop letting the ******* get their way and being allowed to bury shit and nail them. Anything less is a massive slur on our justice system.

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

  • JamesReaderFRF
James Reader (@JamesReaderFRF) reported from Swadlincote, England

@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.

  • JON_BANKSY
Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Birmingham, England

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

  • Firewraak
    : O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

  • Firewraak

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

  • TomPoole007

@PostOffice Just a suggestion but why don't you and BCC help them? You are the post office. Give them a hand Work with @BCC_Help and help the high Street look a bit better?

@fem_mb @lily_lna @PostOffice If you don’t support HAMAS as then DONT BLOODY ACT LIKE EM.

  • pompanoj
    pompanoj (@pompanoj) reported

@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice Reading further, she is a customer. In which case the manager has lost her mind. It is a store, not a church. T-shirt and flip flops, sports bra and tights, or bikini top and cutoff shorts... doesnt matter. Just sell me my stamps.

  • B30_603
    B30 (@B30_603) reported

@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice Funny. I read it as she was a customer. Why don't you take a look and figure out why you misread it?

  • forward20282654
    MoveForward2026 (@forward20282654) reported

@lily_lna @twasthentisnow @PostOffice Why didn’t you make that clear on your OP. As a customer , the shop have no business telling you that you can’t wear that outfit. As an employee they may require you to dress in work attire . And it’s “backless”, not “blackless”.

  • JohnStraumann
    John Straumann (@JohnStraumann) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice Was this in the USA? You were wearing a dress and someone had a problem with that?

  • nickwaites11

@PostOffice The level of customer service in your Darlington Post office is worse than bad and you really need to educate your staff.

    @aet4040 @lily_lna @PostOffice 1. It didn't happen. 2. I know she was a customer.

@ArturNadol7566 @FielderMarianne @PostOffice A phrase used too often but an absolute travesty of justice! This campaign for PO workers need re-energising so the poor people can get some closure & justice. How could we let this happen in our country. It is a National Scandal & those responsible must, must pay the price!
