: O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Birmingham, England@nickwallis @PostOffice Them let’s stop letting the ******* get their way and being allowed to bury shit and nail them. Anything less is a massive slur on our justice system.

James Reader (@JamesReaderFRF) reported from Swadlincote, England@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.
-
Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Birmingham, England@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

Paul Drew (@PaulDre64160747) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.
-
: O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedUnlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@rja_carnegie @DrMarianaClaire @PostOffice No, the QR code was on someone's phone that needs to be scanned to print the label so nothing to do with printer quality and everything to do with the customer needing to turn their screen brightness up
-
Elaine Chapman (@ElaineC_reviews) reported@PostOffice I have sent you three messages explaining the abysmal customer services in private messenger. @SimonCalder worth you checking this out perhaps 🤔

Julia Edwards (@JuliaEdwarsu) reported@PostOffice Halifax post office was a joke this morning. Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Staff member was rude, yawning and totally uninterested
-
Natasha Hings (@NatashaHings) reportedImagine walking to a @PostOffice and wanting to buy an envelope because you don’t have any at home, and there are no shops nearby; to be told they don’t have any. Not only this, but to be repeatedly met with resistant, rude and unhelpful ‘customer service’.
