Paul Drew (@PaulDre64160747) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

: O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.
-
James Reader (@JamesReaderFRF) reported from Swadlincote, England@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.
-
Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Birmingham, England@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

: O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice
-
: O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably
-
Tom Poole (@TomPoole007) reported from Birmingham, England@PostOffice Just a suggestion but why don't you and BCC help them? You are the post office. Give them a hand Work with @BCC_Help and help the high Street look a bit better?

Laura Love (@Panopticonomy) reported@fem_mb @lily_lna @PostOffice If you don’t support HAMAS as then DONT BLOODY ACT LIKE EM.
-
pompanoj (@pompanoj) reported@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice Reading further, she is a customer. In which case the manager has lost her mind. It is a store, not a church. T-shirt and flip flops, sports bra and tights, or bikini top and cutoff shorts... doesnt matter. Just sell me my stamps.
-
B30 (@B30_603) reported@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice Funny. I read it as she was a customer. Why don't you take a look and figure out why you misread it?
-
MoveForward2026 (@forward20282654) reported@lily_lna @twasthentisnow @PostOffice Why didn’t you make that clear on your OP. As a customer , the shop have no business telling you that you can’t wear that outfit. As an employee they may require you to dress in work attire . And it’s “backless”, not “blackless”.
-
John Straumann (@JohnStraumann) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice Was this in the USA? You were wearing a dress and someone had a problem with that?
-
Nick Waites (@nickwaites11) reported@PostOffice The level of customer service in your Darlington Post office is worse than bad and you really need to educate your staff.
-
Chris Green (@gwynedd8364) reported@aet4040 @lily_lna @PostOffice 1. It didn't happen. 2. I know she was a customer.
-
Lloyd Wilson (@LloydWi40203447) reported@ArturNadol7566 @FielderMarianne @PostOffice A phrase used too often but an absolute travesty of justice! This campaign for PO workers need re-energising so the poor people can get some closure & justice. How could we let this happen in our country. It is a National Scandal & those responsible must, must pay the price!
