    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @Shorty_88a It’s about time all supermarkets, food stores & Post Offices remembered to put customers wants first. So many are fed up with being actively encouraged to use #selfservice tills yet @marksandspencer & @PostOffice insist self service tills are what we want. It’s not true.

    @BritishGas so not only do we have to pay more but at the moment it’s impossible to put credit on our keys at @PostOffice anywhere yeah nice way to keep us in debt when we have to use emergency credit 👏👏

    Hello @PostofficeSa we waited in a queue from the time the westville postoffice opened to renew our motor licence vehicles. After 90 minutes of being in the queue, with 11 people ahead of me, the power cut. We kindly requested the postmaster to issue us numbers in the queue.

    @siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMail I did disclose as I was asked what it was .. that’s the main issue . I’d never post if I knew it was forbidden. Would take the train and hand it face to face

    Anyone else think replacing our paper cash with the awful polymer notes is part of the war on cash? They are awkward and won’t lie flat, stick together, etc. Another bogus “nudge” to force us to use privatised payments systems? #SaveOurCash #PostOffice

    Post Office Travel Insurance website is not at all helpful. And neither was the person I got on the helpline! Missed a digit when entering a date. It accepted it then greyed out so I couldn't change it. Phoned for help and they said they could help and to start again! #postoffice

    @PostOffice I have had an issue with your service that resulted in late delivery of my special delivery item. I have contacted the customer service and no response 3 weeks now despite providing required documents. This is infuriating.

    @PostOffice why have you changed for oneline parcel sending program. It used to be so easy. Now I have had to wait for a Postoffice van to pick up a parcel when all I wanted to do was take it down to the Postoffice. There was no choice only pickup.
