One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Just imagine,so many elders from rural areas come to postoffice for so many works, they dont know anything except Bengali, they have so much problems for simple works in post office.
