    @PostOffice can I ask why the exchange rate differs so much between cash and topping Up my card .. no incentive to use your card as the top up rate is so poor in comparison ??

    @PostOffice @Clairer1201 We can encash a Postal Order for the customer if & only if, they HAVE the original receipt. Unfortunately, it appears this customer, didn’t.

    one of the worst things i know of is having to get packages at the postoffice in the grocery store... its like so embarrassing in some way and idek why... im just like...don't effing look at me I'm just getting my package bish

    @PostOffice Hello Tom that was not what I was told. I was asked the value and then told a price which would guarantee safe delivery overnight. I was then told the other service you could not guarantee arrival (not time) and if it went missing I would not be covered - why is that?
