@santanderuk have a loan with you. Trying to change my payment debit date. Told I had to register for OLB. Took a week waiting for multiple letters with different codes. Finally get it working. Can't change date in app or online. Never known anything so difficult. #backwards

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

All I got was automated responses even from the customer service team. Thank goodness for @santanderuk who did help and allowed a refund on my credit card. Having used @wowcher a lot in the past NEVER AGAIN!!

@santanderuk why would my debit card stop working everywhere, ATM online and contactless ans also when I try to report it online the website says I have no debit cards to manage?

@santanderuk on hold for more than one hour, was put through to the fraud team by a member of staff who couldn’t deal with the issue at hand. Made a substantial payment which has been blocked and for some reason my primary contact number was not used to get in contact #terrible

It's when things go wrong that you really find how a bank deals with individuals. Been with @santanderuk for a long time but over the last few days their customer services + complaints handling has been poor. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they've responded is inexplicable.

Know wonder people don’t go to banks anymore if that’s the customer service you get @santanderuk … not that you would be bothered but you just lost a potential customer 😡
