@santanderuk @santanderukhelp 2 branch visits and 5 customer care calls later, I'm still being taken round in circles about an application made 4 weeks ago. Nobody wants to advise on exactly what the issue is with an account opening application.

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

@Jewelisgold @HalifaxBank @santanderuk punished me for fraudulent abroad transactions absolutely destroyed my faith in banks I had been with them since they was abby national they just greedy fat cats who dont care about customers but Halifax are more than helpful amazing customer service xx
