    Anyone else having a problem with @santanderuk? I can use my card for contractless no problem. But every online payment I've tried to make in the last 3 days has failed. I keep having to transfer money to another bank and pay from the other bank. Getting on my nerves now.

    Santander @santanderuk are just awful for business & corporate accounts. Can anyone recommend a user friendly bank, we are looking to move accounts??

    @santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible

    @santanderuk I called Friday a week back and was, promised it would be opened this week, and on Friday, another “we are so busy “message. Think I’ll find another fixed term account because I’m not sure I can deal with Santander’s awful admin again. Santander doesn’t change

    @santanderuk don't care about their disabled or vulnerable customers and are apparently having 'internal service issues' and haven't bothered to tell us.
