@santanderuk your "boosts" app is awful. Banking used to mean decent interest rates and be treated like a valued human. Now it's a 1% chance to win a Costa coffee every month. Really? Really??

Santander has had my business bank account for 12 years. I called Santander four times today to request the "Bank Guarantee" service. . Benedict, a helpful Santander agent, confirmed that Santander does not offer "Bank guarantee" Help me, Santander. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp.

Banked @santanderuk for 15 years, now the staff say I cannot have counter service so cannot pay cash into my account! And the staff too dumb to realise they are doing themselves out of jobs by saying this! So I go to @PostOffice to pay in instead. Modern convenience my arse

I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk
