Evee Carr (@EveeCarr) reported@santanderuk Bloody awful in branch service. One teller on. One transaction has taken 20 mins... Queue of 8... Pathetic.
-
iqbal singh (@isingh1969) reported@santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

Jamie Brannan (@jbrannan23) reported@santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service
-
Hendondave (@Hendondave) reported@1Nicdar Banks have forgotten that they are there – first and foremost – to serve customers. Of course, what they do is make grotesque profits. I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

marcus marritt (@marcusmarritt) reported@santanderuk ... thank you so much 4 locking me out of my business account so clients cannot pay me. Nice one. I now have to wait 5 working days for your shite to allow me to be paid for work I did months ago. You are the exact reason why it is so f***ing hard to be self employed

Clare Wiener (@ClareWiener) reported@santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

Sohail (@sohailnaeem2) reported@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

pink ladies plymouth (@loveforplymouth) reported@santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
-
AP (@andyparsons3) reportedFun fact @santanderuk can flag a €payment in milliseconds but apparently needs a full working day to unflag it. Efficiency clearly only runs one direction when you pay for banking services

YorkshireSarah (@SarahSWFC1867) reported@MartinSLewis Two emails to @santanderuk via your website contact. No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. What is my next step please? Ombudsman?
