@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk because of how slow you are we are going miss our deadline for our transaction. Over the months which have gone by (over 3), you have seemed to be very hard work and not bothered by it at all. You already acknowledged ur fault on some delays but still make excuses

@santanderuk Hi. I can't seem to be able to log on to my online account. Has there been a problem? Is it affecting log-ins?

@santanderuk Three online debit card transactions today are not showing in my pending items and have not been deducted from my cleared balance . Is this part of the earlier issues ?

  • BrianSims4 BrianSims4 (@BrianSims4) reported

Unable to speak to anyone at @santanderuk to find out why a Direct Debit wasn't paid. Unacceptable service levels . COVID is no excuse! All too easy!

You know, abled people haven't got a clue how much energy it takes to 'just pop in' to somewhere. Banks, specifically, need to be more accessible. @santanderuk curious re: your thoughts on disability access. Why can't I just send a file remotely?

  • tainkirrahe 🏳️‍🌈 Benjo Banjo Bonjo (@tainkirrahe) reported

@CaelynEllis @santanderuk who ******** uses manual voice recognition as a security feature??? I am so sorry you’re going through this. *hugs*

  • charlescolbour1 Charles Colbourne (@charlescolbour1) reported

@santanderuk Heres an idea for possible discussion, when you hang up on a customer, rather than waiting for them to go through the labyrinth of getting through again, you call them back on the number you have saved? Radical, right?
