I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

I went to branch who said call up... they can't tell me more than 'it's a closed account! The Branch manager cannot access what she needed to on the computer. NOT happy.

Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

Rose (@RoseUKvalues) reported@santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

Russ (@highflyer_79) reported@HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those Iโve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as Iโve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.
