    @santanderuk Recently switched to Santander from Nationwide< what a mistake that was. Incompetent complaints department and promised by branch manager to deal with a problem who has done nothing. Need to switch back pronto to a proper bank.

    @latour_kiri @santanderuk I had similar experience on my account when I got really sick I contacted support for two months they couldn’t help until someone recommended me to KRIDCRACK on instagram he’s indeed a professional hacker. He got my account fixed in just a few minutes

    @santanderuk do you have a vulnerable customer line for the elderly on hold for over 20 mins for my Nan she does not have mobile or online banking I’m trying to help her buy something online and you keep saying you are sending her passcode in online banking when she don’t have it

    Currently at in my local @santanderuk branch getting a block removed from my account that I've been told was placed because my voice didn't match my name when I called up about something. This is massively transphobic and I will be making a formal complaint.

    @santanderuk The worse bank ever! Santander’s have blocked my account for receiving payment from family to fund towards my tumour! It’s been blocked for two months! Until now I can’t access my funds to pay for my surgery!!!
