@MartinSLewis Hello Martin. I’m having terrible trouble with @santanderuk continually failing to take the DD for my bounce back loan. Each month I have to call them, complain , then make a manual payment. Can you offer any advise please? Thank you.

@ciarale01 @santanderuk Ciara I'm so angry for you. They prey on vulnerable people like you. The bank will only ever call you if there's a problem with your account. And even then they ask for your pin number.

@ciarale01 @santanderuk this is truly upsetting ciara, but generally banks do replace whatever amount was taken, though it makes it less of an ordeal and worry....i hope you don't let it bring you down too much

@ciarale01 @santanderuk Oh no! Ciara, they are so quick. If in doubt put the phone down and call the bank yourself. Absolutely disgusting. The bank will sort it out for you, to get your much needed money back.
