    @santanderuk You have notified my you are closing my business account without giving any reason, when I called and requested to keep ot open until the new financial year (as I have invoices pending) The op just repeated the date it will be closed! Awful customer service!

    @santanderuk Your Boosts may be useful but not when one has to log into their mobile banking then again into Boosts. It's a real pain while trying to pay at the cashier's or self service holding up other people behind. Why can't it be an app on its own?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp after apologising and giving me a compensatory pmt for freezing my business accounts in November with no warning or reason, guess what you did last Wednesday? Another day on the phone and broken promises of callbacks. Start again tomorrow.....

    Third attempt at obtaining a replacement: #DebitCard from @santanderuk @santanderukhelp was due today at the latest (4-5 working days); but absolutely no surprise that it has not. Over a month without a payment-card. I cannæ buy food online (as disabled)!

    @santanderuk replacing cashback on my credit card, that could be done all on your app with a service I just had to create another account for and need to use a separate website is utter crap. The service could be good but more usernames passwords and websites isn't.
