    @santanderuk You certainly haven’t resolved anything. My card payments are declining online still and have been for 2 days. This is a joke Santander. Sort it ******** out!!!!

    @santanderuk Also to be told she'll have to wait up to 5 days for money to be returned to her account is disgusting....she can't even transfer money to another account because of ongoing issues

    @santanderuk I am trying to change my address with you I tried calling no answer after an hour and online banking just isnt working it keeps logging me out after clicking one button after logging in

    @santanderuk just called Santander, on hold for 38 minutes, then after the annoying repetitive music it goes to a ringing sound and no one answers.....very, very poor service. Im glad my bank is First Direct whose customer service is excellent. Santander needs to try a lot harder

    Has anyone had money disappear from their @santanderuk account since they had this whole MasterCard problem? I noticed money is missing today called them up and they said they can’t see what’s happened and I think it’s safe to say it’s time to move on to another bank.

    @santanderuk are you still having card problems as need to put petrol in my car today for work, don’t even want to go and look like fool with people telling me it’s been decline, but if it does will be complaining also moving my accounts

    Switched to @santanderuk recently on the advice of Ant&Dec. So far not impressed with their app and now card payments aren’t working. 😫
