  • Peterkay2k11 Dean jones (@Peterkay2k11) reported

@MorganBroadcast I've never had an issue with @santanderuk they have been great. I had issues with the co op Bank they tried to tell me that I'd brought a TV from Argos because it was verified by my pin but I'd been to the atm at my local co op branch and it took my card

  • DavieNorrie David Norrie (@DavieNorrie) reported

@tggleeson @jmason @santanderuk what is being done to fix the massive security vulnerabilities identified in your mobile banking app ? It looks like simply uninstalling the app doesn’t save me. Should I destroy my cards ?

  • roshinsaran Roshin Saran (@roshinsaran) reported

@gcluley @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Whilst the organisation responses weren’t ideal. But that quick access to Phone Face ID/ passcode given security lockouts? Signs of social engineering?recon?

@Bill5Portland @santanderuk They care even less about women who lost their businesses through lockdown. Suffered because no help. Only 18 months books And now santander take her home of 16 years. Can you imagine the state she is in. #unethical #greed

  • JackLan33772356 Jack Lane (@JackLan33772356) reported

@Londonlintin @bancosantander @santanderuk Good for you. Integrity.. Maybe you would like to ask them. How's it ok to take away a single mum home of 16 years. Business was closed in lockdown and the chancellor decided she only had 18 months books so no help. What could she do?? Sorry to jump on your thread. So cross

  • vickipper Vicki Prout (@vickipper) reported

@MorganBroadcast Watching closely not least because I am a @santanderuk customer looking to jump ship 👀

  • dcatlover4 A (@dcatlover4) reported

@MorganBroadcast Astounded at how Santander have treated you. This is literally my worst nightmare. I've reviewed my own phone and app security this morning on the back of your thread, but as a @santanderuk customer myself may have to move from them in the long run. I hope you get some redress x

@bld2013 @santanderuk Not sure I have much sympathy. How did they get into her phone in the first place? No PIN or fingerprint required? If I want to see a PIN in a banking app then my fingerprint and/or an access code is needed at three different stages. Seems negligent to me.

  • MarkStockley Holographic Non-Fungible Wordleist Stockley (@MarkStockley) reported

It was (1), I had to hang up on you @santanderuk after a multi-hour marathon of being utterly and completely let down in my desire to use your bank to make an important payment. I am beyond furious.

  • MissKristy_LH Miss Kristy 🇮🇪 (@MissKristy_LH) reported from Tottenham, England

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Nevermind, I have just read through the thread and noticed many @Barclays shout outs all over the thread with responses from them. I will be going there. 👍 Hope this issue gets sorted for you.
