    @santanderuk how the hell is someone supposed to get any help.. phone call.. on hold for ages... online chat... passed off to await someone.. for ages... your X help address.. no response... this is appalling

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp So bad for the elderly talked to one lady who was closing her accounts because of the service banks doing everything online dirst heko many it makes life so harder for them 😡

    @santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

    Was told by @santanderuk that they have age discrimination and disability discrimination policy, just not on their website!! Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @santanderuk that’s almost 2 full days of you blocking access to a bank account I pay to use and still no updates, I’ve emailed you and you have responded. It’s clearly too much effort for you
