Truth (@jamie69465798) reported@santanderuk I can no longer physically bank with santander, the worst opening hours for your branches makes it impossible for me to attend any branch. 0930hrs - 1500 hrs. You're becoming lazier and lazier and this is just ridiculous for customers. I'm switching.

Please convey to your mysterious “back office team” that I will be moving to another bank as soon as I can. I would hate to take them by surprise and end up destitute - again.
