    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    @santanderuk why are you asking me for my passport, employer details and money paid in from my employer and threatening to stop my bank app from working. If for one second my app doesn't work how it should I will close my account. You know all of the information already
