    @santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

    Day 10 of @santanderuk blocking my account & holding my money hostage. Still waiting for my "guaranteed" phone call I was meant to receive on Thursday to sort this mess out. No one can tell me why 48 hours has turned into 10 days or what the actual problem is. Useless.

    @santanderuk A reminder to all customers that Santander will support fraudulent activity on your account rather than paying you back if your phone is stolen. Do not bank with them.

    @santanderuk Really annoyed. Ran to your Kingsbury branch at 1:30PM to deposit money so I can pay important bills only to find the branch is closed for "lunch" when google says it's open. Ran back again for 4:15PM only to be told the counter stopped accepting cash at 3PM help!

    1/2 Thinking of using @santanderuk ? I started trying to transfer money from our business account to an account in our name elsewhere, three hours ago, and have spent most of that time listening to a robot apologising for their appalling customer service.

    @santanderuk Mr Bostock, get off your arse and sort this matter out. The same woman who tells me that Mr Rahel is on annual leave this week, yet managed to email me last night, and then says afterwards that he is on annual leave as of "now", so somewhere down the line she's not

    Any recs on good banks to open a savings account with, good customer service and interest etc? @santanderuk interest rates are shockingly low and don’t know why I’ve stayed with them so long!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so I present at my local branch and queue with my small human to open an account for said small human. Told (rudely) that I need an appointment. The next appointment is November. NOVEMBER. Utterly shocking service, & from my own bank?!

    @santanderuk fair play! 2 hours on the phone setting up an overseas standing order which never happened just to be told this week “this is not possible”. You’re an overseas bank yet I can’t send money consistently to@my wife and with out problems every flamin week 😳 grrrrrr 🙁
