    @santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to reach your fraud team for over an hour by phone & unfortunately neither the website or app is able to resolve my issue. Customers really shouldn’t be left waiting this long for support. Could someone please assist urgently? Thank you

    Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?

    Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.
