@santanderuk great customer service. Didn’t hold on my first call as I was signposted to website, can’t do what I wanted. Try to call again to be told the office has closed…..early it would seem as stated online it’s 7pm it closes.

@santanderuk I have experienced extremely bad service from Santander since Wednesday this week whilst trying to move money from my account. It has taken 3 days to date and the money has still not moved. This has now resulted in significant expense to me.
