@santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Still waiting after 45 mins for someone to discuss the mishandling of a complaint. It appears you’re all too shy to speak to me & a very junior customer service advisor is having no luck in encouraging someone senior to take the call. Oh dear.

@santanderuk disgusting customer services with regards to car insurance. New car delayed and no option to suspend the policy until it arrives, yet £50 charge to cancel, when not what we wanted to do!

@WalklingMike @santanderuk My account also got compromised and support service aren’t doing anything about it, so I contacted cyber_spar01 on Instagram he successfully retrieved my account, he’s legit and reliable.

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

Went to @NatWest_Help bank-teller, not working, went to @HSBC, bank-teller not working, went to @santanderuk, bank-teller only lets me draw £20 at a time. 🤔 what is going on? #SmellsFishy
