@santanderuk Spent all afternoon on 3 calls totalling over 180 minutes on hold, going through security repeatedly, then back on hold again, then getting dropped trying to unblock my account. Appalling customer service. Been with you for many years, but not much longer at this rate!

@santanderuk do you have a vulnerable customer line for the elderly on hold for over 20 mins for my Nan she does not have mobile or online banking I’m trying to help her buy something online and you keep saying you are sending her passcode in online banking when she don’t have it

People who designed the @santanderuk telephone service need to urgently review it. I called 3x today (spent 10,15,40 mins) only for phone to hang up at their end each time.

@santanderuk Why is your website confirming customers can still withdraw cash when that is not the case. Once again you have left your customers high and dry with no access to their money.
