    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk would have been great to have some customer communication to that effect seeing you knew there was an issue and I have wasted my time trying to understand what’s going on with my balance. Shocking customer service. A cynic might say this was hiding an issue

    @DomLittlewood Hi Dom, Are you still assisting people who have consumer issues at all? I've had a bad experience with @santanderuk They lied to me about a mortgage product, promising my rate would be lower and hiking the repayments by 600% instead of lowering them. Can you help?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk They promised that the payments would go down, not up. So they lied. I feel duped, and yes I have called & they said it could take up to 8 weeks to sort a complaint. I really don't believe that. You've caused me major mental distress. I need this sorting NOW
