Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Debit card had been cloned and tried to defraud me. Red flag: THEY told me some details, instead of asking ME for security info. Beware !

Don Smith (@authordssmith) reported@santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they can’t process an email any quicker than that. Don’t make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.
