Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Precyshun (@precyshun) reported@santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly

I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

Rose (@RoseUKvalues) reported@santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.
