Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

@santanderuk guys, COVID is no longer and excuse for poor processes and customer service. I’m literally having to move my house into a storage unit because you guys can’t hit a print button (as emailing isn’t for you yet). Hugely disappointed.

God @santanderuk - can you fix your site so people can pay credit cards again? It's been broken a week now & your phone service is 👎! Then paid from my other banking app & getting text after text saying I need to pay! I've been trying & have! it's like you dont want me to pay!

Hi @santanderukhelp @santanderuk why don’t you keep your Google branch listings up to date? They don’t correspond to your website even though Google has your logo against them indicating you have control of the information. Wasted a whole hour trying to visit a branch this week.

@MirandaFrance1 @santanderuk Nope, but this was otherwise a very convincing mail as regards the wording. Except they provided a link to click on to log in...
