Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

@santanderuk your customer journey online and on mobile is a mess. Just need to speak to a real person and it's like a digital gauntlet of bots and too many different types of passwords to remember. Can't believe I'm gonna have to go into a branch for such a simple request.

Terrible experience today with @santanderuk . I had an urgent transaction to make today and left on hold for THREE HOURS just to be told no one could help me. Guess I’ll have to do it all again tomorrow. #santander
