    @santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    @santanderuk how can you even be contacted...i.e. a human not a robot. I need to talk to someone. Branch rude and truculent. Issue dragging on for 6 months with lots of lies and bad advice from your end.

    @santanderuk I tried to speak to someone about a potential card security issue today and gave up after my call kept ringing for 1hour and 25 minutes with no human response. Yet you closed down local branches? Very poor customer service.

    @santanderuk I’m trying to fill in the form for a direct debit and it’s asking for a branch address. My branch in Runcorn closed down so do I put the Warrington address?

    @santanderuk closed at 6pm. So "select customer" actually means nothing anymore. Santander seems to have bought market share, and satisfied with that, now gives the same "bog standard" as any other bank. 👎

    Question for @santanderuk - do you only offer an online service now? You don't seem to have a phone number on your website and your chat function says it doesn't understand my question, which I put succinctly and clearly. It then directed me to manage my account online.

    @santanderuk So what do you suggest. He can't login online, you won't answer his calls, the branch won't help. Should I call the police? If it was your money you'd be round with a bailiff before you could get your socks on

    @santanderuk you obviously dont care about your smaller account holder so i guess ill be leaving you as soon as i possibly can, for a lost or stolen service not to answer within at least an hour is a joke
