Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

@santanderuk 45 mins on hold and I understand that you may have significant staffing issues but my goodness that thumps music is very very wearing for that length of time and verbal interjections too frequent! Please - something soothing and varied not stressful!

@santanderuk Mother's mobile banking app won't work - tried unstalling but now won't reinstall. Online banking won't work unless she verifies using the app...which isn't working! Help please!
