Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis

@santanderuk You've restricted access to my UK account. I live abroad and have spent over 150 pounds trying to call the correct department, which just puts me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm extremely frustrated at the poor quality service and customer care. Can someone call me back

@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk The branch of @LloydsBank I used for 40+years closed in December 22.A review giving the reasons for closure was available, along with how we can go on line an all the other digital aids being offered.
