Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

Great, @santanderuk banking system goes down when I go to check out of my hotel and my cards don’t work 😩
