Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

@santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.

@toryboypierce @TSB Same as @santanderuk trying to get through to customer service through their online bot “Sandi” is an absolute shambles. I currently have accounts and insurance with them. That will change in the very near future. No customer service here either.

Problem with @santanderuk STILL not resolved (Mortgage offer issued on WRONG address 10/11/21). Complaint handler @santanderukhelp has escalated. We are considering our options now, not least because this has exacerbated my anxiety issues & triggered IBS.

@santanderuk are we in STIP again? Payed the water bill and website said payment failed but the money has come off my balance inc pending but doesn't have it in the list of pending transactions

What an absolute joke @santanderuk phone service is. 45 minutes for a simple call. 5 minutes of that was just to say they were busy. Even making me Google something that they had in front of them to tell them the same answer. Absolutely ridiculous.
