    @santanderuk why is it SO hard to log into your budget planner??? I even reset my password and it still won’t let me in. It’s no good emailing telling me to fill it in if you can’t access it 😡

    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk not able to access my money or account. So embarrassing when at a till to try and pay for food shop. Why has this happened again? May need to consider moving accounts after this. No updates or apologies and can’t get through on the phone #shocking
