Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

@santanderuk Santander need to get their act together. Banks urging customers to use their banking apps so make sure it works. Probably they have been working on their website and have messed it up: typical. Why can't they leave things alone.

@santanderuk Absolutely ludicrous that ‘planned maintenance’ can cause this much disruption. No access to App, website or telephone banking. Atrocious customer service when you can’t even get through to a Helpdesk. Customer can’t even use debit cards to pay for goods. Appalling.
