Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

Once again abysmal customer service from @santanderuk. My credit card disappears from online banking. I ask why - turns out security team want to talk to me about transactions. No notification, and I have to call myself and wait 40+ minutes on hold to resolve. Beyond useless.

Hi @santanderuk. I have a problem with a card. Your online solutions are rubbish, your chatbot is rubbish, your call wait times are unacceptable and you don't allow customers to send you a secure message to deal with offline. What am I supposed to do? Shambolic.
