    Not impressed with @santanderuk Daughter has had fraudulent use of her card with someone buying things from Amazon. Santander seem to not give a **** and have told her to ring Amazon. This is from the fraud team. Glad I am with @HSBC_UK as they could teach how to handle this

    1/2 - Appealing customer service from @santanderuk . They put a block and suspended our business account with no reason. Our business bank account has been suspended for over 10 days with no information provided or updates from Santander. @santanderukhelp @santanderukbiz
