  My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

  @MartinSLewis - @santanderuk have rejected my bank account switch bonus claiming my DD’s aren’t on their eligible “list”. One DD is a payment to my local council and the other is the @PostcodeLottery. Have you heard of such an issue?

  @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles
