@santanderuk My elderly mums card gets stolen and used to make 2x transactions for £1000 each. Santander makes NO attempt to call after making a claim. 2 weeks now passed and Service has been shocking!! On hold for 30mins and no help!! What poor customer service and care!! 😡😡😡

@santanderuk I am having issues with logging into the app still. The app says my phone has been rooted but I have never downloaded anything or done anything to tamper with the security of my phone so I do not know why this is saying this 🙃🙃🙃

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.

@santanderuk I'm so upset and evening completely destroyed! I tried to make an online payment from my account. Santander blocked it - on the line for 2 hours and put on queue to unblock and no answer at all. So many things now disrupted and I'm so stressed. Dreadful service.
