Hey @santanderuk have you considered adding hot crypto wallets to online banking accounts so people can store their fiat and crypto in your infrastructure? you could make money on the transaction fees and it will help crypto be accepted in to the mainstream

@santanderuk Financial services? More like financial service-us! We can send a paper bank statement through the post but we can’t make the same statement available in your online banking!? (Last statement on there is dated 3/3/21! Ridiculous! Security reasons, Joke! 🤯😡

It’s hard me to putt into words how much I hate the customer service @santanderuk - their absolute contempt for women is breathtaking. I can’t understand how this doesn’t hurt their international brand or does this attitude emanate from Spain ! @bancosantander It’s perplexing

@santanderuk my app doesn't seem to want to work. I have constant "session timed out" when I open the app. Tried re-installing and its still doing it. A recent update came out I believe. Can you fix this issue please a.s.a.p as I'm unable to send money currently.

@santanderuk I am so disappointed in your fraud protocols. I reported a fraud while the transaction were still pending in the hope it would be stopped. 3 days down the line I have no money no card and the case hasn’t even been investigated yet. I just want this over with.

@santanderuk am in Brazil can’t access online banking n after 20mins of glitching bk to signin page rang & held for 18mins t just miss 6pm close. This is urgent as am charged nearly £20 to Withdraw and want to know why the hell why. Bit bloody crap to say the say the least
