    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @santanderuk morning, is there an issue with online payments today? Trying to pay @MeliaHotelsInt but keep getting message The issuing bank cannot be contacted. Try again later I’ve already authorised payment from the banking App ??

    @kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

    @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

    @santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

    @HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.

    @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎
