@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

@santanderuk @rideonleicester Now on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes. Going for a record here, but fairly sure there won’t be any success after all this grief. Rubbish customer service. It’s insulting.

@santanderuk access to online banking blocked without apparent reason. Called helpline, answered a lot of security questions to be told the lady can't help. Now on hold for more than 1 hour and have to cancel the call. Please advise.

@theginreaper @GoogleUK In the end I managed to order one, but my credit card company (@santanderuk ) blocked the payment and Google cancelled the order! Needless to say, I'm gutted as I still don't have one on order!! All Google help could suggest was order the white one 🤢

Abysmal service from this @santanderuk . After HOURS on the phone to them, last week, trying to transfer funds out and identifying myself FIVE times, PLUS their turgid “scam avoidance” script, I may to wait up to 2 days to move money. I will make sure to 100%. Absolute clowns.

@santanderuk This doesn't help us elderly people living in homes which desperately need double glazing and upgrading of heating and drainage systems. There are no loans for us, only those that leave us stuck in them until we go into a care home with less money for care.
