    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @_Brewer_ @santanderuk @Chase Saving the day at the moment. To be honest I'll probably close the Santander account down now. This has happened a few times in the last year so trust largely erroded

    Just tried putting some cash in a @santanderuk cashpoint. It counted my money and asked if I wanted a receipt, I pressed yes and it said service unavailable and gave me money back. I tried machine next to it and same thing happened, only this time it's kept £50 of my cash 🤬🤬🤬

    @santanderuk Despite having confirmed mortgage renewal (since August) - I keep getting warned that my mortgage will roll over if I don't get in contact. Same warning when I login ... Is there any number I can call where I don't wait 1.5hrs + for someone to pickup ?

    Send Help ...... I've been sat on the phone for 20 mins in a queue to @santanderuk and they keep telling me they are very sorry for keeping me waiting. 👿 Its ok we don't have jobs to do 😟😟😟

    Found a phone & bankcard today, now thankfully reunited with its owner. Disgraceful customer service from @santanderuk who were totally unhelpful & could only advise me to drive 30+ miles to a branch to hand it in...after getting advice from a manager! Glad I dont bank with them

    Gave up being on hold for 40 mins. Looks like @santanderuk are having serious issues processing transactions today. But frustratin given at Westfield's to pick our birthday pressure for Mrs H @Chase account to the rescue #Santanderdown

    @santanderuk - I have now been on hold for 1 1/2 hours and it is getting beyond a joke!!! This is the worst service I have every encountered and I will be complaining the the financial ombudsman about this - do you have anyone working in your teams????? Very Annoyed Customer

    @santanderuk How can you think it’s acceptable to be on hold for your mortgage support for over one hour and still no answer. The number 0800 028 6063. 😡😡
