    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @santanderuk can you explain to me why this is taking so long to rectify and now it seems your customer support team can't read messages through the app, shouldn't take 3 days to respond. Looking into alternative banks.

    @santanderuk 21.41 and still haveing problems day 3 now ! I hope your be sending a token of good will as for the problems it’s causing. What actually is the problem because no other card provider haveing this issue

    @santanderuk This is ridiculous, you can't keep saying the issue is resolved when it actually isn't, my daughter was told yesterday by customer services that she should transfer her money into another account if she wants to ensure standing orders/contacts are paid!

    @santanderuk Clearly the issue remains unresolved. My son has been trying to use his card for 5 days nor can he withdraw cash so he has had to borrow money from me just to get to work. This is an outrage and I hope you will be issuing COMPENSATION to your customers.
