@har_joel @santanderuk “A Direct Debit mandate gives service providers written permission to take payments from their customers bank accounts. Payments cannot be collected until the mandate has been signed and agreed by the customer” BUT check with your bank directly 👍😎

@santanderuk you deserve to go to jail and go bankrupt. Frankly a 3.25% on top of the base rate is usurious! You are a form of loan shark. We can’t even change a mail address on your website… not sure you do much with the money you steal from people. Scammers.

@santanderuk utterly appalled with your phone line. 30 mins to get through and make a large payment, then line went dead. No one called back. Now another 30 min wait been locked out my account , robot can’t help and no one picks up. What a joke . Is there any number I can call?

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Why haven't you confirmed a transaction I made to pay a credit card bill. I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes and gave up. And your chat function isn't working either. This is pathetic.

@VladPutin1 @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk But I think that's down to the individual bank policy and not the Post Office. Some banks charge a fee for cash deposits others don't
