@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk are a terrible bank. They allowed Crawley Council to take 2 £600 payments for council tax despite never having lived there. The name on the Council tax was a female yet they still allowed it to happen. I had to fight them for the money back. @firstdirect 4 me now👍🏻

  • xMrsKellyLx Kelly (@xMrsKellyLx) reported

@MorganBroadcast So sorry to hear this Charlotte. Do you know if @santanderuk spoke to anyone using your stolen mobile/left a msg? If yes, then they've breached GPDR. I would make a subject access request for your info as there should be a copy of all the calls & what actions they've carried out

@charlesarthur @santanderuk But you still have to defeat the biometric login first. How was that done?

  • OdonnellEleanor eleanor odonnell (@OdonnellEleanor) reported

@Grassmonster3 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Terrible to think that virginactivrUK gyms have not vetted their workers even when clearly it was not an opportunist but someone with access to lockers. In my opinion the whole thing was an inside job.

  • Jw_dc2 James (@Jw_dc2) reported

I have just joined @santanderuk about a week ago. New job, "big" salary. My next pay onwards will be going there and savings account being opened was plan. However, after reading the thread on @MorganBroadcast page. I think I'm gonna just stick with Halifax. As **** as they are

  • thatkirstylang Kirsty Lang (@thatkirstylang) reported

@MorganBroadcast What a terrible story and a cautionary tale. I’m so sorry and hope @santanderuk do the right thing

  • alwyen Lisa Clancy 🐕‍🦺👩‍🦼👩🏻‍🦽⚜️ (@alwyen) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk But you can access your pin through banking app if they've been able to transfer the bank must realise they could have got your pin same way

  • Paulgall88 Paul Gallagher (@Paulgall88) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Most modern banking apps have the pin available in the app under manage cards. If they were able to move money they probably had access to your banking app

  • mohalipatel Mohammed Patel (@mohalipatel) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk You can still do charge back claims on DC purchases for services not rendered or products not received. It's meant to be easier to do on CC but it's not impossible on a DC the process is just meant to take longer...you may need proof i.e. crime ref no etc from police may help

  • kegster12002 Kerry Robinson (@kegster12002) reported

@Judeet88 @MorganBroadcast I am sickened by your thread Charlotte and furious @santanderuk for their lack of concern or help. I really hope you get it resolved. It’s such an awful feeling and I am sending hugs. Also a co-op bank customer, who have been brilliant with fraud and support.
