    @santanderuk it's impossible to get through to your data subject access request team. I've spent an hour on the phone today, twice cut off and having to jump back through your burning hoops, to no avail. Your data is incorrect and you sent my credit card to the wrong address.

    @santanderuk I'm about to close my NatWest account down after 19 years with them over them blocking payments to Binance. When I work for money I intend to spend it on what I want, and not what my bank permits. Does Santander have any intention to do the same before I move over?

    Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

    @santanderuk please help. You have sent a dormant account notice to my deceased father. The account is due to close on 14th September. My mother is very old and unable to provide details of the account. Your automated phone line needs this information.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I spoke to your mortgage department about some correspondence sent by my conveyancer a week ago and they said they are currently dealing with correspondence from 24th June. This kind of delay doesn’t exactly say “valued customer”.

    @santanderuk I knew your service wasn't great, but didn't realise how shockingly bad it was until today. My parents attempted a high value transaction which got suspended for fraud checks (absolutely fine), got through to an agent on the phone who refused to unlock (1)
