    Absolute shambles at @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Twice overpaid the mortgage and they've put it against the wrong part of the loan, despite our clear instruction. Made a formal complaint which wasn't acknowledged. Impossible to get through on phone.

    @bancosantander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Tried to pay for a car that a friend is selling us 24 hours ago and you’ve frozen our account and say it can be 3 days before it’s resolved. Customer service and management is a TOTAL DISGRACE

    @santanderuk I have spent 30 minutes this morning and 55 minutes this afternoon on hold re a blocked account! Both times cut off!! How do I get help??

    @santanderuk after 2 calls this morning totalling an hour, I was told to go into branch to unlock my account. Branch says no, call the same fraud number I called before. Fraud number says he’s, branch should have been able to help. Perhaps your teams could talk to each other?!?!?

    @santanderuk I have been phoning you since Friday. If you cannot sort out a simple block on an account within 72 hours, you should not be operating as a bank. Please. I know a lot of your staff are working from home, but please, wake someone up, or interrupt a tea break!

    Waiting for an @HSBC_UK agent on telephone for half an hour now - and I’m inside a branch where nobody seems able to help. Thank God my main account is with @santanderuk
