A patient changed address during hospital admission. Despite knowing passwords, they were denied a new card PIN via post, thus denied access to their money! They had no food!

wendy brown 💙 (@bookster54) reported@santanderuk at last! Within a day of my complaint landing on Pam's desk the refund was in my account. 2 weeks of being passed from pillar to post, 5+ hrs on mobile. It shouldn't be this hard - v poor customer service.
