Penny Bradford (@PennyGasson) reported@santanderuk shocking service today, 36 minutes to answer the phone -and unhelpful call handler, order new cards 10 days a go (change of name) no sign of them and told they should have arrived yesterday, helpful, no

Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.
-
Peter Pan (@PetayPanMoFo) reportedWhy the fk do I have to do age verification for my banking app! @santanderuk u know how old I am wtf!

Tessa Bennett #bemoretoddy (@littlemore20) reported@HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved

The Northern Monkey (@TheNorthernMon2) reportedAre your systems down? On hold for 40 minutes. Cant access credit card info. @santanderuk
-
AP (@andyparsons3) reportedUnder FCA’s Consumer Duty @santanderuk UK has a duty to avoid causing foreseeable harm and provide timely support. +4 hours locked out of a fee-paying account over a small euro payment, with zero communication, fails both tests. Formal complaint logged. @financialombuds @WhichUK
-
Sohail Lamvel (@Lamvel) reported@santanderuk How can I unblock my world elite credit card without having to call? Seems like a block that only CS can remove?
-
From The Land Of The Midnight Sun (@thenobbs) reported@santanderuk All the details entered in the app are the same as my online banking when I set the app up, so if there was a problem someone would have access to my online banking which they dont. Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.
