    @santanderuk @AskPayPal I've never had a problem with @AskPayPal and i've been using them for pretty much a decade? It's pretty obvious that i'm not messing around and i've had 1000s of fine payments. Worrying because I use it for streaming.

    @cymboi @santanderuk Spoke to them yesterday about this, asked why no warning, they said everyone got a text/ email,. Really! Virtually impossible to do online banking on a 4” phone Santander. I’ll await my new phone.

    @santanderuk hi despite calling twice including lodging a formal complaint, I’m still unable to access my accounts after being frozen by yourselves. I was told it could take up to two days, it’s been 3 and still no sign of this being resolved.
