Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

Mattster (@MattsterT3) reported@santanderuk your phone queuing system is customer-hostile. Telling a caller that the queue is “More than 5 mins” when in fact it’s >45mins isn’t very helpful. Making customers wait 45mins and then simply dropping their call? Hostile. * repeatably - yes I checked!
