@NP20193 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Santander are terrible! Every month my royalties are held by them for days - NO other author I know has this. My royalties are from Amazon so hardly a unknown source - yet Santander thinks they can hold them for days! This though!! Wow. This poor lady. This bank needs to change!

@MorganBroadcast Im sorry you’ve had to go though this, if anything this has convinced me to leave @santanderuk I’ve been thinking about it for some time. I had an issue a few weeks back about what I thought was fraud in my account. Passed from pillar to post they didn’t know who should deal with

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Charlotte DO NOT GIVE UP. This shenanigans from the thief/thieves is exacerbated by the Banks lack of care to You the customer/victim. Check, check & double check. If asked to go to a branch to show I.D take more than you need. Good Luck.

@ArtByEmilyHare @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK It is! To be a victim of organised fraud & yet be blamed by the bank when it’s their fault that they make it easy for PIN numbers to be obtained through their app… and for the place where it happened to not give a ****… frightening stuff.
