    @santanderuk I have been on hold for 40 mins to fraud team! Does anyone work in this office. I have been trying every day for a week to unblock my card. Tried ringing customer service to get help with this. They have put me back on hold to fraud team !! 😳😤😫 #frustrated!

    @santanderuk I’ve tried 4 different branches to get an appointment for my daughter to switch her current account to a student account and there’s nothing available for months. Really disappointed with this poor customer service. If she was a new customer there’d be no issue 😡

    @fiona_parker14 I rang @santanderuk yesterday for mortgage help and they said there'as absolutely nothing we can do and to make sure i paid the mortgage or the house would be repossessed

    @santanderuk Yeah, your banking structure is ****... customer service is ****. Santander banking infrastructure is run by a half-wit. I could do better sitting behind a desk. Even metro bank is better. Get rid of Ant and **** too, one a piss head who ran into a car with a child

    @santanderuk help I keep getting emails to manage my mortgage account online but everytime I try it needs me to enter my current account number! I don't have one only mortgage ac 🤬

    @santanderuk BLOODY AWFUL SERVICE! Recently taken over a well established business, simply needed to change the name on the bank account, but I'm not 'desirable' to you, 15th of the month now, still no further on because of your time wasting. Totally ruined my first months trade.

    @santanderuk trying to make a chargeback claim via online banking but it tells me to make sure my details are up to date. I have confirmed this but still having issues (note that the mobile number is showing as "-" on the dispute page). What can I do?
