@santanderuk have a loan with you. Trying to change my payment debit date. Told I had to register for OLB. Took a week waiting for multiple letters with different codes. Finally get it working. Can't change date in app or online. Never known anything so difficult. #backwards

@santanderuk so here we are 14 days on!! 14 calls, 2 bank visits, 4 emails, 8 tweets AND STILL NO PHONE CALL AND BLOCKED FROM MY EARNINGS. Fined again by school! No one bank with Santander, NOONE. They block accounts and leave you penniless and lie FACT

@santanderuk Hi, I'm in the process of switching to another bank and they say it cannot be completed due to an issue on the santander side. How do I find out what this is? The online chat bot isn't very helpful. Thanks
