Hey @santanderuk, do you think you could ask one of the staff in the back to come out and help serve? I've been in the queue 20minutes and there's about ten people behind me

@TakeFive @santanderuk Would be nice if you'd fix your online banking so I can check it

  • garethmills_ gareth mills (@garethmills_) reported

@santanderuk HELP! I’ve been on hold to CHAPS team for 48 minutes and I’m supposed to be buying a house. Is there an error? Please help.

@santanderuk your online loan application is broken. From multiple devices and browsers (including the app) there's a Java error message. Called you but you hung up after 10 minutes.

@Mick37465527 They are pathetic! Yet @santanderuk pay them to do their adverts! WITH MY MONEY! OUR SANTANDER BONDS HAVE JUST GONE DOWN 5%.

  • DawnPDSi Dawn Metcalfe (@DawnPDSi) reported

9 minutes on hold listening to how I could do this online. Yeah, like I didn’t try that 4 times already. Maybe give us an option to put in the already lodged issue your system has created @santanderuk? Or at least say where I am in the queue?

Who else’s Santander App isn’t letting them log in? Cc: @santanderuk

I was meant to be moving house today. It's 10 to 5 and @santanderuk still haven't resolved an admin error they made with my mortgage.

  • bringupthePIAT PIAT (@bringupthePIAT) reported

@santanderuk Your online service is increasingly unreliable. Logged in to set up a new payee, but part way through got a message saying online banking is unavailable. Logged in again, repeated the above, but after four attempts hadn't received an OTP, so cancelled the payment.

Todays customer service award goes to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 30 minutes to get through and then get cut off. I remember when call centres were useful, now it seems every large company is incapable of running them.
