  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk Yes we will email you but this needs reporting to FSCS and financial ombudsman as the service we are getting is nothing short of appalling. Promises to call back but don’t and still can’t access our money despite requesting a transfer to an account in the same name …. Sigh 😞

  @santanderuk I’ve been trying to reach your fraud team for over an hour by phone & unfortunately neither the website or app is able to resolve my issue. Customers really shouldn’t be left waiting this long for support. Could someone please assist urgently? Thank you
