@santanderuk @Tesco Hello, Tesco charged me twice for an item and the transaction is still pending. Spoke to Customer Service in Tesco who said bank should not charge me for it as its an error. Situation isn't resolved- please help

wow, @santanderuk really has the worst customer service. locked down our account and told us we can't have it unlocked untill we visit a branch in the UK -- we live in the USA! why can't you help us over the phone - we were on hold for THREE HOURS?!

@santanderuk I'd closed an account with Santander probably around 7-8 years ago, would I be classed as a new customer if I switched? Nationwide didn't classify me as a "new customer" after moving away 5 years earlier 😕

@jennzahling @santanderuk I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅
