  @santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

  @santanderuk All the details entered in the app are the same as my online banking when I set the app up, so if there was a problem someone would have access to my online banking which they dont. Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.
