  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @MsSC1986 @santanderuk Car *** was the same. Handed car back, started getting letters about arrears and dire consequences for credit rating. "Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

  Terrible terrible service again today @santanderuk @santanderukhelp , lots of ‘I dont’ know, I can’t help you, its in a queue, blah blah blah, the worst service I’ve ever had from a bank in all my life. Consumer Duty clearly of no interest to you. Time to escalate now

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

  Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!
