@santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

@santanderuk You seem to have some of the worst customer service out there. Impossible to get through on the phone - I’ve had several 30+ min waits and still not been able to speak to someone. And the chat bot is terrible with no real advisers. Just awful.

@timex Though @santanderuk, this could be your problem too. I am finding quite a few merchants online don't accept my Mastercard debit card. This is unacceptable, I think I have to change banks.

@santanderuk UTTERLY useless - the only way to report a lost or stolen card is through the Mobile App, but what if you lost your phone? Use the website? No - logging in to that needs to you to authenticate with the Mobile App. Stupidity!!!

Well thanks @santanderukhelp @santanderuk another 40 minutes holding. When I got to number one in the queue no answer for 15 minutes. No other way to contact you. Very frustrated and upset as need help immediately. In USA so can’t get to a branch 😡

@santanderuk hi despite calling twice including lodging a formal complaint, I’m still unable to access my accounts after being frozen by yourselves. I was told it could take up to two days, it’s been 3 and still no sign of this being resolved.
