@santanderuk called your customer service, the guy was awesome. My reason calling was fraud on my account. Transferred me, 30mins waiting, I gave up waiting. Hung up.

@santanderuk seems to be given free hand to do whatever they like with the credit card and bank card of their customers. Block it when they want without notice and then demand customer to go to their limited number of branches to unblock the same. @financialombuds @RishiSunak

Hey @santanderuk, time you stepped up your security! Three bank cards issues in the space of three weeks because my two newest ones have both been used fraudulently - one of which was used before the physical card even landed on my doorstep! Angry is an understatement 🤬

I know it’s all about digital solutions first now, but it’s just taken me 6 minutes to get through the IVR to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp cause I need to perform a service that can’t be done online. Not a great experience.

@santanderuk we have been trying to call you since Saturday, Calls are going unanswered and we have been cut off multiple times. We can't deal with the issue online so will be forced to visit a branch. Frustrating & disappointing.

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis Just so everyone knows that when you are paid by cheque that it takes 10 working days to even get to your account before it’s cleared next working day. Something Santander forgot to mention if you pay in at a Post Office. Frustrating!

Big shout-out to @santanderuk for being the worst customer support department on the planet. 2 months waiting for a credit card application and get told I'm ineligible after 6 other people from the same department telling me I'm eligible and it's on the way. Avoid at all costs
