Reaching the 45 min mark waiting to speak with someone at @santanderuk #santanderbank in the meantime my in-payments are still not being reflected in my account. Such a poor service!! #bankservices

@santanderuk so after 39 minutes of thinking if I had a pound for everytime I heard "sorry to keep you waiting...", now you're just ringing out but still no answer after 45 minutes & before you say it, no, I can't resolve my issue online!

@santanderuk cust serv reps need to stop foobing ppl off and check their emails before logging in and 'advising' ppl. Would be even better if they did not end a call mid way. You didn't have the courtesy 2 advise ur customers of the issue in order that they can use other a/c's
