    @DCR101 @santanderuk Waited in total 4 hours . No humans available. I mean what's the point. Why the service can't tell the average waiting time or offer a callback. It's a terrible experience.

    @SallyGalsworthy @santanderuk I had the same issue last week, I tried reaching out to support team, but gave me no response, I was referred to TONY_NETT on Instagram, they're 100% safe and legit they helped me out successfully, will suggest you reach out to them for help His phone number; (989) 318-3160

    @santanderuk 60mins and counting on hold for someone in security to check a payment. Yesterday phone went dead after 30mins. Help!

    @santanderuk online and mobile banking completely unfit for purpose. Blocked account twice for no good reason so can’t use my account and local branch has closed. On hold to support for 1hr 30mins and not sorted.

    @santanderuk I was notified that a transfer I was making from my own account was suspicious and to contact fraud dept. I can't access online or mobile banking. I held for 1 hr yesterday and over 2hrs this morning. Apparently the 'unlocking' cannot be done in branch. Suggestions?
