Hi @santanderuk I tried to contact security about an account issue today, after being told that I had to call instead of trying to sort the issue in store, and after being on hold for 30 minutes the call got cut

@JustAskDesign I know it's a win win!!👍 I'm still having issues with @santanderuk an absolute waste of space! I've spent my life this week waiting on hold then no-one can tell me the problem. 😳 WTAF !! I'm so glad I'm with a French bank. My god what an improvement. Efficient and quick.

@santanderuk as a customer, I feel strongly about you condoning drink driving. About the advert with Anthony Mcpartlin in. Not a good way to do business, if that was me on a drink driving charge, I would've been sacked straightaway.

@santanderuk so my sister has been getting texts for the last a year with account activity for your customer , been told nothing can be done but I’m sure it’s a form of data breach #GDPR
