    Hi @santanderuk Not a customer but I've been trying to get through to your fraud team to report a fraudulent credit card application in my name. Was on hold for half an hour and got got cut off. Not easy.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp are you aware your website isn’t allowing payments to credit cards, your mobile app doesn’t allow payments from another bank account and nobody answers the phone? Absolutely terrible service been trying for over a week.

    Hi @santanderuk @bancosantander after 4.5 hours I still have been unable to get through to your security team to get the block removed from my account. Its now 3 am local time and I feel physically ill from this process.

    @santanderukhelp trying to close our help to buy ISA. hour and a half on hold spoke briefly to a member of staff only to be hung up on at 17:55 guessing your employee was finishing at 18:00 regardless! We have been trying to get help since 24/06 appalling service. @santanderuk
