@santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

@santanderuk is taking 10 days to decide if trey will “grant me” access to my own money. I won’t be able to pay my rent because Santander does not allow to access my account. Great security policy!!!

@Tamchlo @santanderuk My business account was hacked and disabled too. Appeal never worked, I uploaded my ID cards, my photos, and gave them my mobile numbers, I got no response from support, not until someone referred me to @malcomm_55 on Twitter who helped reactivate my account

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.
