@santanderuk worst banking experience of my life. Online chat is pathetic. Customer support terrible. Unbelievably for a bank you cannot pay your credit card online by debit card! It's been down for over a week now but they don't tell you. ****** bank!****** service!

@XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.

@santanderuk we are due to move house on Tuesday. You promised our solicitor yesterday, that they would receive a fax today confirming funds to be released on Monday. No fax. She called and was told, "there's nothing I can do"... Removals booked everyone ready to go, please help!
