@santanderuk what a shambles of a bank. 0 customer service. Website from the 80s. Call times of 1 hr + (haven't actually had time to stay on phone longer than an hour with no answer...what with having a job and all)

@santanderuk why do your branches open their doors at 9.30? There were staff standing around the Orpington High Street branch at 9am today when I thought you were open. It’d be more convenient to working people to open branches at 9am

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis Just so everyone knows that when you are paid by cheque that it takes 10 working days to even get to your account before it’s cleared next working day. Something Santander forgot to mention if you pay in at a Post Office. Frustrating!

@santanderuk I have dialled you and placed on hold for over 1 hour now. No email address. Webpage not user friendly. No other form contact. Very poor customer experience indeed.
