    @santanderuk do you care about customer service any more? Waiting in a queue for your hidden counters to simply pay in a cheque as machines don’t work. At least 4 ‘greeting’ staff floating around doing nothing. 2 people serving at counter. Baffling

    Omg just spent 1 hour of my life trying to speak with @santanderuk absolutely terrible service. Firstly was on a phone call for 16.50 minutes on hold mostly to be cut off. Then tried to app chat only to be disconneted. Tried calling again to not even be put through and .

    @santanderuk Santander is such a terrible bank. I have had access to my account blocked for a week and a half and despite lodging a complaint I haven't been contacted!

    I get a reply 6 weeks later saying that it has been passed on to the @santanderuk bike app team. That was November. I've not heard back since. And I still can't login to the app.

    @manzanotti @santanderuk @TfL There is a technical reason why it's physical cards only from when it used to be "£2 for 24 hours of unlimited 30 min rides" - in the same way you have to tap in and out with the same device on the tube, it would charge you £2 again. It's less of a problem now it's pay per ride.

    Banks, whether you love or loathe them which are your favourite bank accounts? I'm looking to switch across from @santanderuk as I keep having unnecessary errors with my accounts. I have an account with @natwest and @monzo has caught my eye though I'd love to hear your thoughts

    Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp wondering why you think it’s OK to have blocked my account without warning for an admin error you’ve admitted to? It’s been a week now. I can’t pay my rent, can’t pay my bills, can’t seem to find anyone who cares.

    Just had one if those situations with a company (specifically @santanderuk and their mortgages) where their policy means that they’re being completely unreasonable and inflexible. Just causing a customer unnecessary additional stress.

    @santanderuk my wife's account was closed without any phone or email intimation. We are currently not in UK (and hence couldnt receive post) but she had all her savings in that account. Please sort this out for us. We cannot call on customer service as we are out of the country.
