@santanderuk Santana UK is a SCAM! They limit payments or even stop them for no reason, if you want to send your own money to a crypto exchange. #bitcoin will fix it.

@santanderuk why are you banning payments to crypto exchanges? If it's about protecting the customer, why are you still allowing payments to gambling sites? I understand you are under threat, but you have no right to decide how people spend their money. I've closed my account.

@DeanRobinson4 @santanderuk I think there just might be bigger issues in the world right now than, whether you can access your bank card

@BanklessHQ @santanderuk No They have a massive fraud loss problem. And so do their customers. Banks are rational actors and would allow transactions if it made them money. Crypto has a MASSIVE fraud problem nobody wants to talk about.

I am not very happy that my card was declined today. There was a security issue this morning and @santanderuk rang me to check, but then kept me hanging on the line for ages so I hung up. Now my card won't work. Very frustrating.

@santanderuk I've been a customer for years. My eldest daughter needed to open a bank account, I automatically said she should open an account with you too. I was with my daughter during the appointment where her account was opened. Somehow, her details were added to my account..

@Sparky07620347 @santanderuk Instead of paying huge fees to those idiots And and Dec, why don’t you use the money you paid them to help your customers who have been scammed and desperately need help? These scammers are so clever and those two are dancing around like circus clowns.

ATM swallowed my @HSBC_UK card for no reason when my account has a healthy balance. Need cash for my son’s birthday surprise today. Not even a ‘sorry’ from customer services. Will be closing all my accounts this week. Hello @santanderuk - you’re getting a new customer!

@BanklessHQ @santanderuk But until fraud rates come down, Banks will use the only tools they have like limits. Think of it like the Fed and interest rates. It's a blunt instrument but it's the only one they have
