@santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to someone (I was put through by one operative) for over an hour. Your website can’t help me. My card isn’t working and no-one knows why. This is really poor.

@santanderuk closed at 6pm. So "select customer" actually means nothing anymore. Santander seems to have bought market share, and satisfied with that, now gives the same "bog standard" as any other bank. 👎

@santanderuk If you take customer security as seriously as you say, we should be able to reach you quickly by phone. I tried all last night and all this morning and you have disabled my card without discussion.
