Have been on the phone to @santanderuk for over 2 hours now 🙃 A lot of sat in silence either on hold or whilst things are ‘processing’. Exhausting on your ‘day off’ to have to spend so much of it on the phone for a problem you didn’t cause.

@santanderuk spent 45mins on hold yesterday to tell you my card wasn’t working on holiday. You lot fixed it for a day now it’s not working again. World bank my arse

@santanderuk I moved banks yesterday after a month waiting to get through to their fraud line. Try a First direct transfer and get £150. Also they’ve a 90% customer happiness vs Santendar 30%’s. Not hard to see why.

@santanderuk Prehaps you should spend more time answering the phones instead of being fashionably woke..... that way you could show your support for all your customers.
