I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?

    @santanderuk really are letting me down. Due a refund after paying off old car. Over a month to get it but it was short. Contacted them and they apologised for THEIR mistake and said it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days… that was 17 days ago and still no refund.

    I have just been advised by @santanderuk support that I can't use my Santander credit card for my weekly online Asda grocery shop, because I don't have the Santander app on my phone. I'm not sure that's correct.

    @santanderuk trying to call your credit card helpline but the call disconnects every single time, why is this? Terrible service!
