Samantha Guy (@slowlygettingby) reported@santanderuk 55 minutes on hold currently and counting. My card is blocked and Iām unable to get through, every time I try to call Iām kept on hold for 30+ mins! Online no help and branch directs me to phone. How am I supposed to solve this?!

PIAT (@bringupthePIAT) reported@santanderuk Your online service is increasingly unreliable. Logged in to set up a new payee, but part way through got a message saying online banking is unavailable. Logged in again, repeated the above, but after four attempts hadn't received an OTP, so cancelled the payment.
