    @santanderuk after holding for over 20 minutes you cut me off 😢😢 I need to get a message to an advisor I saw this morning in my local branch . It is to do with closing my kate fathers accounts down .

    Big shout-out to @santanderuk for being the worst customer support department on the planet. 2 months waiting for a credit card application and get told I'm ineligible after 6 other people from the same department telling me I'm eligible and it's on the way. Avoid at all costs

    @santanderuk do you offer a webchat service?? I generally use online banking, but my query can be dealt with online so subsequently called the customer service number after a 28 min wait. Handler answered, said hello and a second later, hung up. 👎

    @santanderuk @MartinSLewis Just so everyone knows that when you are paid by cheque that it takes 10 working days to even get to your account before it’s cleared next working day. Something Santander forgot to mention if you pay in at a Post Office. Frustrating!

    For some reason Santander has frozen our account we need to make a payment and my husband has been on the phone on hold to security for 1 hour 13 minutes and counting. What sort of customer help is this, we need to get to our money @santanderukhelp @santanderuk

    I know it’s all about digital solutions first now, but it’s just taken me 6 minutes to get through the IVR to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp cause I need to perform a service that can’t be done online. Not a great experience.

    @santanderuk terrible service...5 trips to the same branch over 3 weeks only to find it closed. Surely you can sort cover by now.

    9 days without access to my @santanderuk accounts. 9 days of listening to their hold music and not getting through to anyone. Today I can finally make it into one of their banks - half term and can therefore make their inconvenient hours. New bank recommendations welcome…

    @santanderuk If your telephone banking put customers through to one of your customer service assisants straight away instead of the automated system talking crap for three minutes things would process a lot quicker.
