  @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

  @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

  The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

  @santanderuk @TSB Empty your accounts. Move banks. They want to shut 44 banks down. Strip there custom. Use another bank. End them.

  @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

  @santanderukhelp To start the whole cycle once again? The email ref and date was as a result of the FIRST attempts. You are saying Santander cannot help me, I must help myself ... again? @santanderuk

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡

  @Chase @santanderuk @AskNationwide Imagine putting all banking transactions down at the same time to do maintenance so that we get stranded can’t get food can’t get uber home all because you all decide to go down at the same time. Oh wait you did… Well in banks
