@santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.

...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

@santanderuk I've always defended Santander as a bank because they do offer a good service, but you should really update your customers to why your branches ain't opening on a Saturday & why your cash machines are switched off, a bit poor really, Leeds City Centre Branch

@Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help

Wow @santanderuk first impressions are really not impressive for my 13 year old looking to start his current account banking journey.Rejecting his ID when we've followed the advice of your advisors & the email saying so quoting different ID to that provided. Poor service already
